The decor and placement of the furniture in the room were very pleasant. Ample lighting and almost had a studio apartment feel. Extremely clean and great setup of the room (all the lights were well designed with USB ports on either side of the bed, a small very clean-looking radio clock, and Kohl fixtures in the bathroom). View of the Napa Valley hills can be seen from my room, you can open the window for fresh air (sadly ALOT of noise pollution as this hotel is right on a main street), sheets where very clean and comfy pillows. The bed was OK - an updated mattress would be amazing.

My only complaint would be a suggestion really for more sound proofing measures for the room to drown out the street noise but especially the hallway noise. My room was right next to the very heavy, loud slamming door to the breezeway outside. Very unsettling and jolting every time the door opened and closed.

The hotel is being remodeled but the staff is very good about making sure we had no problems. Our room was clean and in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 6 days and had a great time in the area. The hotel is at the south end of the valley and is a great location to go exploring.

Although it’s a dated property, this hotel is centrally located to everything and really, if you just need to sleep, it serves its purpose. Sure, you can spend $500 a night and stay at a fancy place, but we were there just literally 24 hours and for what we needed (sleep and a shower), it was fine.

Upon arrival, I checked in with a very kind gentleman (forgot his name) and the reservation had me checking into a room with two queens. My confirmation doesn’t say what room I received at time of booking, but I remember specifically booking the suite bc it has a separate room upstairs with living area downstairs. He was kind enough to try to put me in the suite at no additional charge, however when he went to lunch there was one suite available, but when he came back, which is the same time I arrived, it had just been booked. Although it didn’t happen, I appreciated his efforts.

As mentioned, the hotel is dated but it has everything you need. The room was spacious (we had three to the room but can easily fit four), has a pool and hot tub which we did not use, and good size gym which has one bike, one elliptical and one treadmill. The gym must not be used much bc I used the elliptical and bike; both creaked like it was in pain. The noise went away after 10-12 min of use. It also has a big sorta fitness platform so you can do weights. Nothing spectacular but like I said, it does what it needs to. Sanitizing wipes can be found IN THE BUSINESS CENTER which is one of the three rooms within the gym. Prob better to leave out on the counter. I only found them bc the maintenance guy came in and I asked.

There’s plenty of parking and the area was very safe. It’s close to a lot of low key late night dining (Taco Bell, Applebee’s, Denny’s next door in same complex). Speaking of which, the hotel will give you $10 vouchers for Denny’s next door, which we actually used as we needed snack between the last winery and dinner. We were able to use all three vouchers in one seating, which covered almost the entire bill. We paid just $1.69 (but of course tipped on the full amount as everyone should). Be advised the Denny’s located there does not open 24/7; they close at 10pm.

Aside the lack of fancy décor, which I wasn’t expecting anyway, I’d have to say the hotel met all our needs. The beds were comfy and establishment clean. FYI – the rooms have a microwave AND fridge, which was nice. They also have a coffee maker, makeup wipes (which I forgot) and a full body mirror.

I would consider staying here again.

This hotel showed up online via Google maps as offering rooms for $128/night but when I got there, the front desk person told me the room would be just under $300/night. She said it might have been because I was looking at the app at just before midnight, but now that it was a bit after midnight the date change impacted the pricing. I didn’t want to spend so much money and was considering driving south to motel 6, but didn’t. In the end, the room itself was decent, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, but the doors that go to the exterior of the building were exceptionally loud and kept being used throughout the night so I really didn’t get any sleep. I’d have been better off going to motel 6 and probably would have slept better in my car

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. I would like to start by explaining that when you go to a google website it will typically say prices start at a certain range. When you place the dates in and search your room type it will show what the prices are for that particular time. Unfortunately we do not have rates under $150 on weekends. The rate for Saturday night ranged from around $250. I do see my front desk agent offered a 15% discount for you as well. I checked your account with us and it looks like you were only charged the rate quoted plus taxes. I do apologize you were not able to sleep as well as you wished, but am very thankful you decided against sleeping in your car. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any further concerns. If I can provide any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at 707-257-1930.

Everything was great but the pool stopped working the second day of our stay. Even though there was nothing wrong with the jacuzzi, we were unable to use either and were told the issue wouldn't be fixed for another week. This was a major letdown considering we paid more to find a hotel with these amenities. I also felt it wasn't fair to pay the full price considering the pool and jacuzzi were unusable. When I disputed the charge with the hotel, they told me the best they could do was a 20% refund of one night's stay. Ultimately, I felt this was unfair and it put a bad taste in my mouth. With so many options to choose from in Napa, we will not be staying here again on our next trip.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected pool closure over the weekend. We understand how disappointing it can be when amenities are unavailable, and we regret that the pool pump issue affected your experience. While we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable stay for all our guests, occasionally unforeseen maintenance issues arise. We are glad to hear that you were otherwise satisfied with the room and the overall stay. As mentioned, we would like to offer you a 20% discount on your stay to help make up for the inconvenience. We truly value your feedback and want to ensure you have a positive experience with us. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can do to make things right, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve.

The location is great, easy to access restaurants, wineries, etc. The BW is spotless and while they do not clean the rooms daily you can access clean towels etc. We didn't care for the restaurant which was called Cajun but the servers were most willing to help but kind of over did the checking in on our order etc. I think they had just opened.

Convenient, affordable place to stay in Napa. Easy to find location along busy Soscol Avenue; close to downtown venues. Fast professional check in with no issues. As hotel is along busy Soscol Ave, if you desire a quieter visit I would recommend an inside room on the rear part of the property, on an upper floor.
Parking was plentiful and close to rooms.
Room was spacious and clean, everything worked as advertised, and our second story inside room was very quiet. Exterior elevator down the hallway was a plus.

We were disappointed that there was no on site BW breakfast offered as we have found at other BW locations we have stayed at, but there is a independent restaurant next door if you choose.
Check out was fast and easy as well. We would stay here again.

The room was spacious, the bathroom immaculate at check-in and the bed very comfortable. The only thing wrong with the room was that all night long the air conditioner would go on and off, so we would wake up to cover ourselves or kick off the covers.
We were told upon checking in, that our room would not be cleaned for the duration of our stay.
I didn’t mind them not making the bed, but by the 4th day of using the same towels and the garbage piling up, I got annoyed. With the prices we paid, I resented having to ask for a roll of toilet paper. They knew we were staying for 5 days, so we should have received ample supplies.
Less than an ounce of shampoo for 2 people for 5 days was totally inadequate.

Great location, close to Oxbow Market and downtown Napa. There was major construction going on but honestly we never heard the noise. We were gone during the day and between the fan and our sound machine we heard nothing at night. The rooms were very clean. We received 10.00 coupons each for breakfast each morning at Huckleberries. The first morning we were there between 8 and 8:30 and Gabby was our waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. We were there about a half hour later and it was busier and Gabby seemed to be the only waitress so there was a little wait for everything. Food was good, their menu tends to run to the high calorie spectrum but they were accommodating when I asked for just eggs, bacon and toast.

We had an outstanding stay for our wine country adventure. The property is clean, modern and well-maintained, and very accessible. There are lots of stores and chain restaurants close by for grabbing essentials. Downtown is just a short drive or Uber ride away. The hotel staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfy, not too firm or too soft, and the pillows were plentiful and comfortable. The internet was fast and easy to connect with. There is a nice pool area and fitness center on-site, which we did did not use during our stay. There is a restaurant onsite which offers breakfast and lunch, but we had other meal plans and didn’t dine there. We didn’t notice any noise from other guests, but would request a room towards the rear of property next time to avoid road noise from the nearby intersection. This is a great option for a quick trip to Napa, we would definitely stay here again and recommend the property!
