We received a good deal on our two night stay at Chablis Inn. We were expecting a bit more off the beaten path for the location so the freeway noise was a bit noisy. However, the one good thing about the location was the fact that it was close to many things so we could pick up snacks and drinks...

Friends and I (4 couples) rode our Harley's from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara to Paso Robles to San Francisco and ended in Napa and back home. We stayed at 4 different establishments. We decided not to spend all our money on rooms just to shower and sleep because we need to save for good food, drinks and tours! The...

I stayed here for one night on my recent trip to Napa. I was quite disappointed to see that the inn layout & room style were similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6. We had a "deluxe" room with a whirlpool tub. The on-and-off knob was broken (it still works but I was afraid to get electrocuted in the...

On our 2nd trip to Napa we decided to stay at the Chablis Inn. We got slightly worried when we found it was down the same street and then right NEXTDOOR to our previous accommodation in Napa, Motel 6, which I gave 1 star to. However, despite being in the exact same price bracket and right next door this accommodation...

Nice quality interior with Mini bar and fake granite surface. Queen Bed average comfort. AC wall thermostat didn't work, so I had to use the units controls. I stayed in room 211. It is at the corner of the main building. I would get 212 or 112 it would be the most quiet, because it is the farthest from the...

The price can't be beat (and trust me, I looked). The location also saved us money since we had breakfast at Starbucks (walked across the street to it) and dinner at Whole Foods (a three minute drive around the corner). There is a large strip mall nearby that has grocery stores, restaurants, and a Target (in case you forgot to...

Visiting Napa is always a fun experience we have enjoyed many times and staying at the Chablis Inn is part of that experience. It is an inexpensive clean friendly place to stay with special "Old Napa Charm". We first stayed here in the early 1980's when the buildings were actually painted the color of Chablis wine. We always opt for...

The cheapest and cleanest place to stay in Napa. Since we don't spend that much time in our room, I would rather spend it on wine in a place like Napa. It is definitely no frills. Just a place to rest your head and nothing else, but have always found it to be clean and the front desk friendly. You...

What this hotel clearly is not is a resort. In fact, it is a motel. Yes the rooms don't have a lot of furniture. Yes the beds are not the best.. Yes the hot tub was tiny. Yes you hear people moving above on the upper floor. Yes the tv had analog cable. However, the rooms are clean, the service...

A surprising alternative to the many over-priced accomodations in Napa. A perfect place for a family, with an attentive and welcoming staff. This is a motel, but surpassed typical motel standards. Everything is nicely painted, clean, and ship shape looking. Housekeeping staff did a great job. We stayed for three nights, and in many motels this would be a long...
