So this hotel is pretty basic, nothing to brag about. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good. However, we did experience some issues. Our shower door broke when we were out of the room and when we came back had to pack everything up and move rooms pretty late in the evening. All we got is a "sorry, it happens all the time" WHAT?!?! What if we were in the bathroom at the time it happened? No comps or upgrades provided. Also the rooms are poorly lit, not enough lighting especially in the bathroom, i had to set up my phone flashlight while doing make up since its such a low light area. The tv is small as well. Not overly impressed with this one. Location is about 10 mins from downtown Napa and there is a really good Italian rest. nearby (in walking distance). I like that they dont charge for parking. Did not receive my spire elite bonus points and for the welcome amenity they gave us 2 bottles of water and let us pick out 2 cheap snacks from their little grocery area (most hotels give you something better). Probably would not stay here again next time we visit. Oh and the walls are pretty thin, could hear the loud family across the hall arguing about where they were going to eat at like 8 in the morning!

Dear Katie, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback about your stay at our hotel. We're committed to providing you with the best overall experience and we're saddened that we've missed the mark on your past visit with us. I'm sorry to hear about the shower door shattering in the bathroom, that made a negative impact on your stay. We do require guests to move in any situation where a room becomes unsafe and I am sorry you were misinformed by staff as the door shattering don't happen all the time, however the move for safety is a standard we pride our service to guests on. As for points I have corrected it as you were staying on a free night the points are awarded at the end of the week not at check in when we review stays. I have shared the issues you experienced with our hotel team to make necessary improvements. Trust that all you've highlighted will be looked into to ensure each stay would be as pleasant and comfortable as it can be. Thank you again for your valued membership with IHG and wishing you a wonderful holiday season!

Convenient location en route to the wineries in Napa Valley. Bed is comfy, shower had good water pressure and the AC and heat were very quiet for an in room unit. Also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Free coffee in the baby and in the room. Plenty of free parking.
Downsides: Poor WiFi in our room (2nd floor near pool). Very limited number of outlets for power in the room (power and USB on one side of the bed but not the other).

Parking area is huge but no charging station for EV.
Reception was nice. The room is big with good facilities.
There is a pool. That I did not try.
There have 3 main access, only the main entrance at the lobby can be accessed with out a key card.
There is no cart or trolley provided so if you travel with a lot of luggages that can be a problem. Especially, if you are assigned the 2nd floor.
The breakfast is quite good. But may be too much potato in your burrito. The restaurant is very strict about your breakfast voucher / coupon. Make sure you keep it, show it and have them take it. I put it on the table all the time, nobody pick it so I bring it back to the room with me. There the troubles happen. So make sure she takes it from you.

AVOID HOTEL INDIGO! I booked two rooms for two nights at Hotel Indigo Napa on July 19– 21, 2024 for my nephew’s wedding in Napa. We were to travel from Chicago to Napa arriving Friday, July 19, 2024. Due to the global computer outage caused by Crowdstrike, we were unable to fly on Friday or Saturday so we missed our event. I called the hotel directly in the early hours on Friday the 19th to let them know that we would regretfully have to cancel both rooms for both nights. I was told by Indigo personnel that the rooms would be canceled but that since we booked through a third party (Priceline), I would need to contact them for a refund. I immediately called Priceline, and they asked that I hold while they called Indigo directly to confirm the cancellation and to “get permission” to refund my money. After waiting on hold for quite some time, I was told no one answered the line at the hotel. I was told to wait for two business days in order to give enough time for Priceline to get in touch with the hotel. I called again the following week and got the same story and again a third time - same story. Finally, on my fourth phone call, I was told that an email was being sent to the general manager at Indigo to fulfill my request. I thereafter received an email on August 16, 2024, stating that my request was denied by Hotel Indigo. No reason was given. It was impossible for us to get to Napa and use the rooms. Not only did we miss out on the wedding, Hotel Indigo added insult to injury by keeping our money. There were a number of other wedding attendees that also could not make it to Napa that weekend because of the Crowdstrike issue, but we were the only ones that did not get a refund for rooms we could not possibly use. Then again, we were the only wedding guests that booked at Hotel Indigo. I do not believe it is a good business practice to deny a refund under these extraordinary circumstances. Also really did not appreciate the 4-week runaround. Pathetic.

My husband and I came here with our 3 year old daughter and only stayed here for a night. I did call a little earlier to see if I could check in at an earlier time, they were able to accommodate my request. Once we arrived, when you first walk in the hotel is extremely well kept and we were greeted by the office manager, Mirasol Milano and another front desk staff. She was very welcoming, and provided directions on the best way to get to our room. Walking through the hotel and arriving to the room, it was extremely clean and immaculate. The room is modern, well kept, and welcoming. The beds are so comfortable- we have been on a week road trip and by far this is the best hotel we have come across on our trip. Later that evening my husband went downstairs to buy milk for our toddler to drink in the morning, unfortunately they didn’t have any and the office manager asked him if anything was wrong. He asked if they had any and informed her why, she told him to hold on a minute and went to the kitchen and brought him a cup of milk for our daughter. That was the icing on the cake, the fact that she went out of her way with this small act of kindness. We absolutely recommend this hotel, we typically visit Napa about 2-3 times a year and will make this our primary hotel to stay at.

While it’s nice to stay downtown Napa where you can walk to local restaurants and tasting rooms, the prices are at least double there so we arrived in Sacramento and wanted to stay at this Hotel Indigo. It was previously a Best Western but fully renovated and refurbished maybe around 5 years ago, not sure. The rooms are very nice, nice floors, nice counter space, super comfortable beds and soft sheets. My friend and I slept all night through, the air conditioning system is also very nice, not too loud like some hotels can be.
It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Napa and parking is plentiful and free in Napa (side note, this hotel charges a small fee for parking, but most places in Napa do not charge for parking).
There is also I really nice Brazilian restaurant close by that we did not visit but got great reviews and it’s also not a far drive to Yountville where there are some Michelin star restaurants.
It is pet friendly here and we loved our stay and our room and especially the customer service from Marisol and Diane when we checked in who made sure we got a nice room (I am a platinum member). I also got a lot of great information from Ruth and Laurice about the area and even about our next location San Francisco when I went to get my complimentary morning coffee. The staff at this hotel is very caring! They have a nice restaurant for breakfast but we did not have time to eat there, and they serve beer and wine till 2 am so definitely check out this hotel if you are looking for a gem that does not cost an arm and a leg!

Where do I begin? Upon arrival, we were informed about everything except one of the most essential things when you’re staying at a hotel - cleaning services. We arrived on a Friday afternoon. Early Saturday morning we ran into one of the housekeepers outside our room and made sure to take the DND sign off our door so the room would be taken care of while we were out getting breakfast. Upon our return from breakfast, the room was still not cleaned and housekeeping was no where in sight.
My husband and I showered and each noticed the bathroom floor was flooded with water due to the shower not being properly sealed. We used what was left of our towels to soak up the water, assuming housekeeping would replenish the towels when they came to service the room. After leaving again and returning later that afternoon, we noticed our room was still not turned down and the pile of wet towels was still there. I contacted the front desk about the issue and was told housekeeping must be scheduled, an important point that was never mentioned when we checked in. I quickly informed her that we would definitely need to “schedule a cleaning” since all of our towels had been used to soak up the standing water and we needed more shampoo/conditioner.
After dinner, my husband and I returned to a room that had still not been turned down. They had stopped by to drop off some towels and shampoo/conditioner, but didn’t bother making our bed, picking up the wet towels on the bathroom floor, or taking out the trash that was piling up in the tiny trash cans provided (despite the trash can being right where the towels were dropped off). Luckily, I had a laundry bag from another hotel (Hotel Indigo failed to provide even a bag) and was able to load up our trash and take it out. Unfortunately, the only trash can by the exit was completely overflowing and I ended up leaving it by the stairwell.
The next morning, our toilet troubles began. Luckily, we didn’t make any morning plans bc we had to wait for the housekeeping manager to come plunge the toilet for us. He was very nice and reassured us that the plumber would be there that afternoon to “fix” the problem.
Our next and final morning, the toilet backed up yet again. My husband ran down the hall for help from housekeeping. No lie, he was handed a plunger and had to declog the toilet himself (even got nasty toilet water all over his flip flops which was exactly what you want to pack up before a flight). No one ever came by to check on the situation let alone see if we needed help.
Upon check out, we reported all of our issues to the front desk clerk who didn’t seem to be phased by our reports or show any sympathy. We requested to speak with the General Manager, but she was unable to locate him and unwilling to get in touch with him. Instead, we were handed a notepad to right down our grievances.
For the amount we paid per night, it was a disappointment to say the least. Unless you’re a plumber and looking to stay in a hotel where the clean towels our covered in questionable brown stains, I’d look for another place to stay.

Honestly not even sure where to begin. My boyfriend, dog and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights for a music festival at a winery. We were rarely in the room and noticed the last day that there were two different biohazard concerns, a hypodermic needle in the ceiling light fixture in the entranceway of the room and a blood stain on the duvet I'm not in the habit of staring up into light fixtures and the duvet was covered by a sheet per how they make the beds. I'm now being blamed for not noticing soon enough and honestly am disgusted. Hotel management has been absolutely abhorrent to deal with, we spent over $1400 for this stay only to risk myself, my boyfriend and my dog possibly getting a disease. I have been given a partial refund for only night and was told that an additional almost $50 charge was for "taxes," (room was approx $450 for the one night they refunded BEFORE taxes and I got a $373 refund). The hotel group IHG (corporate has been pleasant to deal with) has a clean guarantee so this feels especially like a slap in the face. I will be reaching out to public health services to file a formal complaint. I have disputed the charge with my bank, please don't do this to yourself, stay somewhere else.

I stayed at this property for two nights on Aug 26 – 28. During this time, the toilet stopped working (Ok things happen). I contacted the front desk around 5PM and asked if someone can look while my wife and I were going to be out of the room. Around 9PM, we returned, the towel I left on the toilet tank was still in the same place and the toilet still not functioning. When I walked down to the front desk, because the phone at this property always seems to be offline for guest services. I encountered Cruz at the front desk who informed me that the team looked at the issue, and it is a “major” plumbing issue, and engineering would have to working on it in the morning. I also took a few pics from inside the tank (I am no plumber) but seemed that the chain snapped and a new chain was needed. When I asked about using the bathroom during the evening/morning he rolled his eyes and said, “well you can walk down here to use the one near the front desk”, “there is nothing I can do”, “we have a full house and I am busy”. Never once mentioning sorry for the inconvenience or just being true and stating that he forgot to have someone look at it. For a hotel, that charges over $400+ a night, this is not the way to treat customers. The next morning while checking out, Diana at the front desk(very professional and courteous) asked how my stay was, I mentioned the above; she apologized and stated that she will add it to the maintenance sheet as it was not on it already. This proved my point that Cruz never did his job correctly nor has any customer service ability. Diane also is the upmost professional as she removed the parking from my bill and kept apologizing the entire time.
