We used to stay here when it was a Best Western, but now it seems to have gone down hill: no cooked breakfast; leaking shower; no hooks in bathroom; only TWO clothes hangers, etc. Other reviews are similar.

I usually wait until a stay is over until writing a review, but this place has deteriorated enough I don't need to wait. Stayed here a few times before with no problems but this will be our last time here. The room has been redone with hard floors. I'm sorry, are they expecting global warming to advance the beaches so...

I stayed at the Ivy Hotel with two other people. We had issues with the amount of supplies left for us in the room (towels, bedding) and had to ask multiple times to receive them. In addition, the hotel allowed people other than hotel employees (not housekeeping, but contracted third party movers) access to our room while we were out...

Hotel was okay. Not bad... not great. If you get a deal then go for it... if same price as a different hotel then go there. Breakfast bread, fruit. Cereal... very basic. Wifi poor and slow. Rooms clean. We had to unplug the refrigerator due to excessive noise.

Don't-Don't-Don't-stay at this place. It was dirty, it smelled bad, we had the WORST breakfast of my life, and the icing on the cake was I woke up with bites all over my body!!! Yes, that's right the place is bug infested. I complained to the front desk attendant who responded "oh I'm sorry to hear that, so would you...

Be prepared for staff members who don't care! Erica the GM when told of the room issues of no toilet paper holder and toilet paper was on floor with pubic hair on bath floor. Beds were very saggy and felt the coils throughout the night also had spider webs and roaches in the room...dirty and dingy linens were also not...

Coming for a fun weekend in Napa (first time in the area) I was a little nervous given the previous reviews I had read. I agree the bed/pillows need to be updated. Mattress and pillows were thin and worn in my opinion. We had a renovated room which was nice. The shower was great! Water pressure and temp and updated....
