This is NOT your typical Best Western by any means. It is more like a boutique hotel or B& B. The owner and staff are very pleasant and we were greeted on check in with a room upgrade. A lovely large room with a king bed, sitting area and a fireplace. The location was great for exploring wineries in Napa,...

This hotel was very unusual, but in a good way. The hotel is very small, but the rooms are nice and include a small fridge. The breakfast is very good, but the ladies working did not seem to want to offer anything besides the waffles. We found out the second day that they also make poached eggs. The breakfast bar...

This was our second time staying here . The same pluses are still true: feels like an inn, excellent breakfast with bakery goods, nice fresh fruit, lovely dining area ( room actually is the lobby) and staff greeting you and trying to accommodate your choices, clean, nicely appointed rooms, good beds. The only downside is if you are bothered by...

We were upstairs in a 2 queen room, which was very attractive and comfortable. Owners or the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful. The decor is lovely with a fireplace and outdoor patio.

This is a family owned hotel with like 10 rooms total. Nothing fancy which was fine with us because it was like visiting a relatives home. Home cooked breakfast and quiet with friendly staff. 10 minute walk to downtown Napa and a 10 minute drive to Yountville.

I couldn't believe when I made the resevation that I had found such a deal for the #1 Napa hotel on trip advisor. This is a great place for the price and ever review is right on point.... Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious continental breakfast, gracious staff. Just one problem... The street noise. I'm really surprised more reviews don't mention...

Right in Napa. Walking distance to downtown Napa (about 1mile). Price was great. Service was fantastic. Room was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast (continental) was full of fresh fruit and muffins etc. Options for everyone. They make your toast (gluten free options) and waffles fresh. Very friendly and we highly recommend staying here.

Omg. Just checked out of this amazing, cozy, immaculate, well-run inn. What a wonderful experience staying here was. The owners are doing everything right from the decor and upkeep to the staff to the amenities and quality of food. If there were a comparable inn in every place I visited, my hotel searches would be over. Bravo to these owners...

The BEST WESTERN PLUS Elm House Inn is a lovely hotel that has the look a feel of a European guesthouse. The property is small, quaint, and very comfortable. The lobby has a lovely fireplace which also doubles as the breakfast room in the morning. The fresh muffins were great. The bed was among the most comfortable I've stayed at...

You simply can't do better than the Best Western Plus Elm House Inn in Napa, California. Yes, you can pay more, but you won't find cleaner rooms, you won't find better or more friendly staff, you won't find better accommodations and you won't find a better value. At every level this facility exceeds your expectations - and continues to do...
