My best friend and I have stayed here twice for a girls weekend getaway. The rooms are super clean, the staff and owners were extremely welcoming, and the breakfast is delish (definitely have a waffle and some granola). Staying here has definitely become part of a tradition that will continue.

We had such a great time in 2016 we booked a stay in March 2017 at the Elm House. Just as awesome as we remembered. Fantastic breakfast, not to be missed. Great staff, very friendly, helpful, over the top. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the main building and was wonderful. Only room advice is to avoid the...

We stayed here for our Wine Country trip last year, and returned to the Elm House Inn this year. It was just as wonderful as before. It's much more like a bed and breakfast inn than a regular Best Western Hotel. The staff is great - very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. Breakfast in the...

Don't let "Best Western" sway your decision to stay here... it does not do it justice. It is more like a quaint B and B. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Gardens were lush and relaxing. But the breakfast was the best ever. Fresh fruit, baked pastries, and excellent coffee. Will definitely be back!

This is a good choice hotel for the money. The Elm House is a vintage house so it is close to a B/B with hotel pricing. The staff is wonderful! It has an exceptional breakfast, the coffee is good and the made to order sweet potato waffles are great. Rooms are good and the beds are very comfortable. Request the...

A lovely small hotel with exceptional hospitality. The property is immaculate. The lobby very welcoming with a nice courtyard next to it. Our two queen bedroom room was on the second floor . It was large and nicely decorated. Warm cookies in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast was made to order waffles, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, fresh...

We were not really expecting much, thinking it may just be like another Best Western. We were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very large room. It was well appointed. I did not use the Internet even though it was included. The bed was comfortable. Things were quiet and peaceful...

We had not expected such a nice hotel! The Elm House Inn is totally charming, with an excellent breakfast, delicious cookies in the afternoon and a wonderful staff who make you really feel welcome. They help with Napa Valley tourist suggestions, which were truly excellent in our view. The owners are personally involved in welcoming everyone in the mornings and...

Stayed here for 2 nights in mid-January. A very good value in Napa with clean rooms, albeit nothing fancy. The breakfast is excellent and there are cookies in the afternoon - a nice tough. There's a fire place in the main lobby as well. The service here really stands out. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful.
