Not impressed with this B and B. My husband and I were in Nevada City for business and selected this B and B for the location-close to town. We had our black lab with us but as this is not a pet friendly location made her a bed in our truck/camper and she slept/stayed there overnight. When the hosts saw...

We are a small 6 bedroom Victorian House and we do have a couple rooms that we can accommodate small service animals. Our Suites are not included in those rooms. If this question had come up upon booking we could have informed you of this. We are very mindful of our guests with allergies and need to be able to...

This lovely Victorian B&B is perfectly located just 5 walking minutes from the Main Street of historic Nevada City. The rooms are inviting and restful. The three downstairs bedrooms larger with fire places. Breakfast was delicious with a variation on menu each day. There is fresh coffee and tea all day plus delicious cookies and fruit. During December the town...

The host were very accommodating and friendly. Food was excellent for breakfast. Very clean. We had a lovely time. The grounds were manicured and the hotel was comfortable. The rooms are different sizes, depending on what your needs are.

This is the quintessential B&B. Charming, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms and downstairs living room, beautiful patio where we had a delicious breakfast, and a short five minute walk into town from this quiet, residential neighborhood. The perfect place to explore this unique part of California. Oh, and the owners could not have been nicer or more gracious. We plan to...

This place was as charming as it gets. Nells and Toni were the perfect hosts and catered marvelously to our needs. Breakfast each morning was truly lovely, sitting out on the deck in the back overlooking the lush green dell behind. The location was just a block from the main town and the surrounding homes were equally lovely. We thoroughly...

We loved our 3 night stay at the Emma Nevada House. Everything was perfectly clean. We stayed in the Empress Chamber room, on the main floor. We had plenty of space and we were quite comfortable. We had a qreat nights sleep every night as the matress and pillows were very comfy. Also you can open the windows in this...

The many reviews on the Emma Nevada House cover our experience well so I will focus on just a couple of points. First, as noted by many others, Toni and Nels, the host/hostess, were warm, informative and a great "dynamic duo" and certainly made us feel welcome and at home. Second, the homemade breakfast selections are truly outstanding. My wife...

This was my 2nd time staying at the Emma Nevada House and it was just as perfect as the 1st. The setting is beautiful and the rooms are perfect for me. Also Nels and Toni, the innkeepers, are so nice and go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. Added to that are the fabulous breakfasts the...

This is a wonderful B&B in a perfect location for exploring Nevada City. The house was built in the mid 1800's and is decorated beautifully. Toni & Nels are perfect hosts and are very proud of their B&B. There is a nice big porch around the building with comfortable seating. The B&B is located in a very nice residential area...
