We spent a week here in June on our babymoon. While the location was excellent, our room was just ok. We stayed in the back building, which had extremely thin walls and was pretty loud on weekend nights. This particular building seems to be a renovated motel where the doors open to the outside. I did not like the fact...

Great hotel with great service from the staff. Everything from the service to the hotel grounds were immaculate. Rooms were clean and well kept. My only complain was that the walls seemed to be a little thin. I could hear the people next door having a conversation. Maybe it was the area I was staying. Other than that I would...

Best hotel in Newport if you have interest in tennis. Connection to the Palisades tennis facility is great. Minutes drive to the beach or free beach cruiser bikes available at the hotel made for a fun adventure with the kids. Great value

visited the hotel for the jazz series and stayed overnight...great idea...swam and relaxed before...and after the concert and the next morning...great mini vacay... spending the night allowed us to not be a part of the crazy lines for valet or encumbered about the drive back to LA...

My family stayed here one night and with the room cost and fees it cost over 500. Dollars. For a standard small room. Resort fees internet fee, parking fee, not worth it! It was nice but not that nice. We are at the fish restaurant at the hotel which was " ok" also. The price there was normal though. We...

Loved our stay. We stayed last year had not idea there was a shuttle. We utilized it to go to Balboa. Brought back a lot of childhood memories. Will go next year. The fish tacos were to die for on the outside patio. Fresh Swordfish. My Greek Yogurt in the morning with fresh fruit and granola hit the spot. Lovely...

Our room was just "ok". AC unit didn't work for sheet. They tried to fix it once and failed, so room was super hot. Kids loved the pool area with the water-slide. Be aware while we were laying poolside, my wife and I ordered some drinks. When the drinks came there was a room service charge! I didn't order room...

I stayed at this hotel as part of a retreat in September 2014. It was great for the retreat as we were able to utilize all parts of the resort. I had a great room with a view of the bay. The resort is quite big, therefore the rooms are sprawled out in different buildings. However is still felt quaint...

You are better off choosing a hotel a few miles down the road and saving $150+. Pros: Nice property. Lots of trees and flower bushes. Cons: Where do I start? The hotel is on the flight path of the Orange County Airport. So, be prepared to hear the Loud plane noises from 5AM. Thats your wake up call. In the...

We only stayed 2 nights to explore Newport Beach. It was just a 10 minute walk to Balboa Island from the hotel. The self parking lot was a little distant from the hotel rooms. The rooms were fine, the balcony was great. The one elevator is outdated; stairwell smelled bad. I rate "very good" because of the super friendly staff...
