The hotel was under construction, but it was clearly stated everywhere. They kept the construction hours between 10 and 4, which minimized the impact on guests. The rooms were clean, nice restaurant with good room service food located in the hotel. Staff was friendly, very satisfied.

My impression with most Doubletree locations is that they seem like they were pretty nice 15 years ago. This one seems like it has recently been renovated, making it the nicest one I have stayed at. The lobby had a very pleasant vanilla aroma. The breakfast was great, I was able to order an omelette to be made, and they...

Would never stay again....The front desk refused in making a emergency 911 call, they claimed that the calls where blocked. How do you have hundreds of guest and not have the capability to help in making a 911 call when someone is going into anaphylactic shock.

The hotel accommodations were not bad however the restaurant was lacking in several areas. Limited cocktails, cocktail glasses, limited dinner menu and seemed short on table settings. Although three people dining with me ordered steak, we were told the restaurant had only 2 steak knives...

I checked out early because the room smelled musty and the pool area was full of leaves and sediment. The staff was the rudest I've ever encountered. The final FU was loading my car out front while the bell man stood and watched and talked up the front desk clerk.

This is a location was not Friendly at all. Front Desk was full of incompetent staff that did not care about the needs of the client. Make sure ou speak to the GM, to the front desk to get anything accomplished The worst stay in the Hilton Chain of Hotels.

I expected more of a DoubleTree. Front desk service was friendly and fast, but I had to ask for a cookie. I was put on one of allegedly two Hilton Worldwide floors. When I stepped out of the elevator, the air smelled like Porta-Potty, heavy on the poo, and the smell lingered all the way to my room (several doors...

In a different location, this hotel would be just fine. Rooms were clean, ours was huge. The restaurant looked nice although we didn't use it. The problem is it's basically on the shoulder of the 5 which is currently detoured for construction. We heard traffic all night long. This seems like a mainly business hotel, which makes me curious why...

Just make sure you identify yourself as a Hulton Honors member if you are, so they don't charge you for Internet service. Great location to LA and Orange counties. Free parking in front of the hotel. Right off the 605 freeway.
