Ivan checked us in with great customer service and helped us with suggestions for our stay. He even helped bring out bags upstairs! The rooms are small, but very clean. Great shower and hairdryer. The BART is really close for easy transit into SF!

Very nicely renovated rooms. Ivan the Concierge is wonderful. Adequate room to park our 22 foot RV inside a fenced lot right next to our room. Good wifi. Four stars based on its simplicity, no lobby or food, but rooms are very modern, clean and fresh.

Highly recommend! Stayed one night to get into SF early the next morning. Good location near Temescal business district which is a mile or so north on Telegraph Ave- great dining options there. Was refreshingly convenient to be able to park just outside of our room when we got back from dinner. Ivan at reception was a pleasure to interact...

I absolutely loved this little, small hotel. We didn't rent a car and were able to walk to and from the BART, which was about a five minute walk. We were greeted by Ivan, who helped us with everything we needed to know and was very welcoming! As soon as we walked in, my friend and I were very impressed...

Clean nice rooms, but had two sleepless nights over the weekend. Starting with Friday night, roaring Harleys, ambulances every five minutes and nonstop traffic of 18 wheelers on the freeway nearby, we kept hoping the noise would stop by early morning, but it kept going. Saturday night was even worse. To add more to it, the room has a see-through...

This is a great option if you are traveling for business and need a reasonably priced hotel. The room was clean, recently renovated, comfortable and parking was free. No frills, but the perfect option if you need a comfortable place to stay. Staff was very friendly.

This is the second time I've stayed in this little hotel this year, March and October. It has all the "basics" that I need: free wifi and free parking. The place is very clean, simple but clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, Ivan checked us in and Nick helped with fixing the remote for the TV. Affordable, walking distance to...

From the moment we were checked in and Ivan R carried out bags to our room we knew we were not in an ordinary motel( yes bags taken to your room in a motel!). Room was spacious with more than ample drawer and hanging space. The table and chairs (as well as desk) and good wifi connection made it just...

The rooms are basic, clean, and updated. The hotel is however, in a very bad location. The staff are very friendly. No fridge or frills in room. Would not stay here again due to poor location. I was here for work and those I work with in the bay area said the neighborhood is not safe.

kimc0486, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I'm happy to read that you found the rooms clean and our staff friendly. Additionally, I'm happy to announce that we have installed new mini-fridges in all of our rooms! I'm sorry that you found the area to not be safe. As an 8 year resident of the neighborhood...
