This is a nice park, although it is on a busy road traffic is not a problem. Great pool and hot tub to relax, Centrally located to other attractions. Advertised horse shoe pits which were grown over, office was contacted and they were there cleaning them so we could play within a hour!

Normally I would try and find some positive feedback for a facility but a recent two week visit to this resort left me speechless and unable to so. The location is adjacent to a major railway that rumbles through more than just a few times a day. The is no parking for friends to visit in an area that is...

The rules are strick and prevent you from enjoying your vacation. Read the rules before reserving you might not want to stay once you read them. The hosts will not hesitate to kick you out. Not pet friendly. There are better spots to stay at in the area. I would not recommend this place.

Pretty nice park. Unique placement of spaces but seem to work well. Fairly level spots on asphalt. Only complaint was we were told NO extra parking for quests. Our friends were told they had to park outside on the street. Then I find out from a long term camper that there is extra parking available for $5.00 a night. Our...

Decided to take our newly acquired trailer on it's second break-in trip-to the Central Coast. We decided on Pismo Sands for location, cost and after reading a review. We were very pleased. The sites were neatly kept with an asphalt parking space with a lawn with bbq and picnic table. The sites have electricity, water and sewer and include a...

Hopefully I will be able to find something nice to say. Let's get the negatives out of the way, hence the reason why your reading this review. First, the aroma of the ocean air is muted by the smell of sewer. Depending on wind direction, one minute you smell the ocean, the next minute you're trying to find fresh air....

There are some very nice things about this park for sure, such as a nice clean pool and large spa tub. The park is well kept and maintained. However, one of my pet pieves of any RV Park is watering the grass. This park especially, the spaces are so close together and not wide, that you're constantly walking in wet...

We stayed here for 2 nights in July, it was definitely one of the better parks we stayed at in our RV over the course of 3 weeks in California, The toilets and showers were clean and well looked after, we made use of the laundry and the pool was a bonus. Probably wouldn't want to be here for more...

Very small sites. Many don't even have room for your vehicle. Not very pet friendly. Can't even use a portable pet pen or run. They made no effort to put us next to our friends, even with reservations made well in advance. This is our last choice in the Pismo Beach area. It is clean and located in a convenient...

We stayed at Pismo Sands RV Park for 5 days in August 2016. The Park was clean and well kept, the spaces were wide with grass areas between each space. Check in was easy and the restrooms were very clean and in great shape. We will stay here again when we return to Pismo. Great R.V. park!
