This place us pretty ridiculous. The folks at the front desk, act as if you're putting them out by asking for simple things-extra soap because it wasn't stocked in the bathroom when you arrived. They have this idiotic, completely out-of-place for Ojai, "hipster snark." Maybe that flies in L.A., not in Ojai. You won't last long here with that attitude....

We booked 3 rooms for the June Ojai wine festival. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. We were there to attend the wine festival and celebrate our daughter's birthday. The rooms were clean, funky and fun. We asked the front desk if there was breakfast included she advised they did not offer breakfast, but tea &...

It's very curated for a specific type. There are a lot of cute details and knick-knacks that make for some fun pictures, and creates a funky, modern hippie vibe that feels very cool and in right now. Although I did actually enjoy it, I was also underwhelmed at some bits. The bathroom was horrendous. I felt like I was using...

Decided to stay here as we wanted to get away from the tourist hotspots, what a great choice. Really friendly reception staff, great quirky room, well appointed and cosy. Took advantage of the free bike hire and headed straight into town via the cycle path at the rear of the inn. Great fun and allowed us to have a few...

I decided to come here on my birthday week - and it was in early January. The format is like a motel - the colors and the theme of the Ojai Rancho Inn are very interesting. A lot of wood, symbols - very "hip" and retro especially with the bus in the back. I kind of liked how there were...

We stayed at the Ojai Rancho Inn for a weekend while attending a wedding next door at the Ojai Valley Inn. It was a reasonably priced option of a quirky, updated motel. We had a jacuzzi room which was great- it's a decent size tub that fits two people well. The king bed was comfy, there was a microwave and...

Big rooms, very clean and easily accessible! I was pleasantly surprised by the roominess and cleanliness! It is within walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants. The bedding is very comfortable, will go back.

Hilarious hipster motel, filled with people who look like they've dressed up as hipsters for the weekend. I'm not kidding. Half the dudes were wearing old style hipster hats like it was 2010, and every couple had a five-year old and a little rescue dog. I got some serious dirty looks from some of these people as I myself don't...

1950s at its best, this is a cute motel straight from the past BUT without the past price tags. Modest and clean nothing fancy, thinking its more like glamping (fancy camping) Front desk people very helpful and very nice Can't walk to town really, you can and should obviously for exercise but to the good restaurants its a bit of...

Very simple, rustic and designed with the hipster set in mind. Surprisingly comfortable mattress. Town is a walk or borrow the bikes to ride around on. Pool was closed. Bathrooms need updating, but things were clean and we were very happy with everything. Very charming. Front desk lady was super warm and friendly. The bar is very awesome as was...
