No balcony in any room. The rooms are located in one giant glass box. Everyone gets a view, a fireplace, a glass shower and bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, a living space, a kitchenette and 2 TVs that can do anything from Internet to playing games. The biggest downside is the building is not attached to anything else. So you have to walk outside to get to anything. So if it's winter, button up!
