Worth a short visit, but how long could the average person afford to stay with added resort fees, high-cost restaurant food and no microwaves in the rooms? This place seems to be designed to suck as much money out of guests as possible.

This is a beautiful first class resort hotel which has thought of everything. We enjoyed our two night stay here, and spent hours just looking at our view of the valley. Very centrally located, could walk to the village and back.... or take the shuttle...More

We've never stayed in a ground floor, but they look nice. Only issue would be that your view isn't as good. We like staying high enough to see the valley...absolutely beautiful! We've also stayed in a forest view room... More

It's pretty far unfortunately, about a 15-20 minute drive. The Resort is nestled in a valley closer to the ski lifts than the lake itself.
