Enjoyed every minute at A Place in the Sun. Beautiful grounds and nice rooms. Continental breakfast was great. Delicious home made lemon bars. Ron and Norma made you feel very welcome. Plan on coming back here someday. Ann and Dave Landis

This is the kind of place you don't want others to find out. It is that authentic and as charming as the pictures show. Cute decor, super clean and good smelling (despite any previous pets). So quiet you can hear the birds; not noisy neighbors or the whir of weed whips as with the major desert resorts at the crack...

I've never been disappointed when I've stayed here. This time we were a party of 4, in 2 different rooms, and traveling with a dog. We were all looked after amazingly well. Something I didn't mention in my earlier review - this lovely place seems to attract lovely guests! Everyone is friendly, from elderly people to those with young children....

It is very well maintained with beautiful pool and grounds. The bungalows are charming with nice private patio areas as well. The owners,...

We selected a Place in the Sun for our dog; few hotels permit dogs. Abbot loved the place with interesting other dogs with which to sniff and play. Beyond the dog aspect, we were pleasantly surprised in our experience at A Place in the Sun. It was superbly maintained, clean, quiet, and attractive. Our expectations were surpassed; we thoroughly enjoyed...

A Place in the Sun was wonderful, very clean, beautiful grounds and Norma and Ron were the best hosts you could have. It is a great location, very quiet and within walking distance to the downtown area. I loved Norma's cookies and lemon bars. We hope to return some day.

We had never been to Palm Springs and spent a lot of time before booking trying to figure out on the net how far away different areas were from town. Glad we...
