Myself and my boyfriend spent three nights at Matthews place in July. We knew from reading previous reviews that we were in for a treat, but what awaited us was even more spectacular. I’m not one to normally write reviews but in this instance it...More
Wonderful boutique hotel. Impressively balances sophisticated decor and amenities with a warm comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast spreads (and evening cocktails) are fantastic. Rooms are very well appointed with probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The place to stay in Palm Springs!

We are a 20 minute walk to the downtown area of Palm Springs. We are an even shorter 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping of the Uptown District. You can also take advantage of the free Buzz Trolley which runs Thursday through Sunday throughout Palm Springs. Uber and Lyft fares run about $4 throughout Palm Springs. So you can definitely get around town easily without a car.
