Very relaxing and can be a bit playful at times. Hosts Ian And Stewart lovely hosts with a good sense of humour! Nothing fancy but all one needs are met. If you enjoy cats, they look after several feral cats. Really enjoyed our recent stay in November. Hope to return soon!

My partner and I stayed at the Chaps Inn for a week over New Year's Eve. The two hosts, delightful Englishmen, were charming, hospitable, and very helpful. The property is well-maintained and we spent more than a few nights in the warm and relaxing jacuzzi under the desert sky. The pool, too, offers a pleasant opportunity to swim, gazing up...

The owners are a very lovely couple and the fact that this is a place for average guy is even better. Service was good, rooms were very clean, close to other places and eateries and the guys..............Tasty!

We have been here numerous times over the last few years, and have always had a great stay. The English owners are very friendly, and the rooms are large and comfortable.Downtown Palm Springs is a 15 minute walk away, but there are plenty of eating places near the hotel.Pool is large and warm, and plenty of space to lounge around. All in all fantastic and we...

When we arrived we were greeted by one of the owners who was very friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was a good size and well layed out. The carpet was pretty stained and in need of replacement, but that's not that unusual for gay accommodations in Palm Springs. I was surprised that no breakfast was offered on...

I'd never been to PS, but knew of Chaps Inn and stayed a week. The owners Stuart & Ian proved very hospitable and gracious British ex-pat hosts. To say the room was 'dated' I think is a bit unfair. I choose 'classic' as a term of 50's endearment (which was PS's 'Golden Era). I was pleasantly surprised at the size...

Owners Stuart and Ian make guests feel they are with Leather & Bear family. Family style and clothing optional and pure friendliness are what makes Chaps so popular with men into Leather and Bears. I stay often, even though I live in Palm Springs. I always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the pool and hot tub. Day visitors enliven the...

My boys and I had a lovely stay this past weekend at Chaps. This resort is quite small, and the facilities aren't four-star, but class and charm go a LONG way. The owners couldn't have been sweeter, kinder, or more helpful. The resort attracts a mature crowd and we kept to ourselves mostly for the first couple days. The pool...

We have stayed at Chaps Inn at various times since it opened and consistently return and send friends there. Owners Stuart and Ian are gracious and accommodating. On the last trip they even located an item we had left (before we contacted them about it) and promptly mailed it back to us. I like the availability of orange juice and...

Agree with other reviewers.2nd visit highlighted the fact that owners are over it. Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean Only resort in PS where day visitors don't have to pay Into older overweight men , this is the place for you. Cheap. Cons: Bath could do with an update, you can pee faster than the shower pressure. Beds quite hard,...
