The champagne greeting in the quiet room prior to our couples massage was a great start. It was followed by a 30 minute couples soak (with more champagne bubbles) in a large Jacuzzi tub next to a fireplace! It was in the same room where our massages took place, which made it very convenient. We both loved our massage therapists...

Loved being greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and the weekend movie night idea! Breakfast could have offered a little more variety and though they said there were rules about noise after 10 PM no one enforced them so first night was a little restless. Internet was VERY slow but room was very comfortable.

For some that would make this a 5-star review. This was our favorite place to go during our kids' spring break. We made reservations upon checkout last year for our trip this coming April 4-6. Thankfully I called to confirm our reservation. It was then that they told me of this "year old policy." Kind of wish they called me...

This boutique hotel in downtown Palm Springs traces its heritage to the 1930's. It is built with rooms facing internally to pool and courtyard. Our room was a suite, good news quiet and spacious, bad news no ventilation as only windows facing the courtyard. We asked for and were given a fan. About 30 rooms, so an intimate feel, staff...

The Andreas Hotel is a charming (and adorable) place to stay in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, and at a very reasonable cost. The rooms surround a central garden/pool with nice poolside chairs in the Spanish motif of the early homes of the celebrities of the 1920s and 1930s who put this city on the map. Our room (a...

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did make use of the hotel's spa one afternoon for a massage. I had an excellent masseur, Josh Ryan, who did a great job on my back and neck; he was very courteous and professional. Afterwards, I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a while. Looking forward to...

My two twenty-something year old daughters and I stayed at the Andreas Hotel & Spa last weekend. We booked the two bedroom, two bath room by the pool. Both rooms had king sized beds and huge jetted tubs in the bathrooms. Although the room was by the pool, we didn't have any problem with noise as the hotel maintains quiet...

Thank you for choosing Andreas Hotel and Spa for your "Girls Getaway Weekend". We are so glad you enjoyed our pool water and apologize that the Jacuzzi water felt cool, our Jacuzzi is kept at 103 and after your concerns we checked it and found that it was down by two degrees. It is input like this that helps us...

I'm sure this is a great Palm Springs hotel, but I didn't stay here. The pool experience was pretty nice, midday on a Wednesday we were basically alone and had a nice hour or so in the sun. As far as the spa is concerned, there are plenty of others in Palm Springs that will give you a much better...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are so glad you soaked up the sun on our pool deck before your treatments. I apologize that you felt your treatments didn't measure up. The Vital C facial you booked is a facial based around pure moisturizing of the skin, so yes, we do use several products that...

We did a 24 hour mini-vacation to Palm Springs while visiting family in Las Vegas. The Andreas was fantastic from top to bottom. Quiet, lovely, luxurious room. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location in the middle of the Palm Springs commercial district, but once you are in the hotel you feel you could be miles away. While The Andreas...
