Having stayed at several hard rock hotels in the past, this is by far the worst. The staff were rude in general and seemed disinterested in their job and this came as quite a surprise. You’d be better off staying in a 2star motel.
The bed was comfortable. That’s about it.
Bar closed early and the club... terrible. Truly somewhere between purgatory and hell.
Breakfast awful. Cold. No attention from staff. Residents milking around not knowing what’s what.
