I cant say enough about this hotel, the staff and owners - you definitely have to try it . The hotel might be on the small side with 11 rooms but that allows you to get to know the other guests (as well as you want to) and it seems every weekend the rooms are booked with some sexy hot...

Stayed here mid-Sept 2009. It's a very small place (11 rooms) and not many guests. We were there on a weekend and even with day passes and night passes (Fri/Sat) we only saw a couple of other people.....except on Saturday night when they hosted a party. Then the place was packed from 10pm on with about 80 people.....for a very...

I was quite im pressed with Helios. I found my room spotlessly clean. Nice big comfortable bed. Plenty of towels, The pool was nice and large, very clean, as were the grounds. Enjoyed the sling and activity rooms. Plenty of DVDs avaialble too, in case weather is lousy. Only a few other guys when I was there, midweek. But did...

I loved Helios Resort. It's a beautiful, intimate size oasis in the desert. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is wonderful, the suite roomy & clean. The owners are very friendly & helpful as is the rest of their staff. Their dogs that accompany them most days are incredibly well behaved & add a nice touch. You can tell a...

As much as we wanted to love this place, we didn't. Our room was very run down, and the linens were not clean. The pool area is very nice, but the rest of this small resort is very run down. There is dirty indoor furniture in outside areas, and the place could use a good paint job. The Owners are...

We've been going to Palm Springs, several times a year, for quite some time now, and have stayed at a full range of gay-oriented resorts. Without a doubt, Helios is our favorite and we've now been regular guests for several years. What makes it so special? It offers the perfect balance of clean, slightly upscale rooms, beautiful grounds, quiet privacy/serentity,...

My partner and I heard about Helios from friends who had seen promotions at the gay rodeo in Calgary...the owners are all Canadian, friendly (and all hot looking men). We arrived late on the Saturday of the labour day long weekend and the night of one of the resorts leather parties. This was an awesome experience in itself..we don't get...

Stayed here for one Saturday night this past weekend. Usually you need to book a minimum 2nights on a weekend or else call the week of to see if they still have availability, but I was able to book a single weekend night ahead of time because there just happened to be the one night free in between two week-long...

My partner and I booked this all male, clothing optional resort during the low season of August. It was a pleasant, quiet and relaxing holiday for us. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very friendly staff and the three very friendly staff dogs! They gave us a tour of the premises and showed us the our room. The room...
