we rented what was described as a 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen, When we arrived we saw that it's actually 1-bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room. There is no full kitchen, but a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator that barely was working. When informing the manager about it, he just told us to go find another...

The place is charming but I was extremely disappointed that the place had no wifi in any of the rooms and that the hot tub did not work. One of the pools was not heated, so unbearable cold. The location is not the best but I heard there is a free bus that takes you to Old Palm Springs downtown.

Love this place, clean and great value, big property with amenities and views, also close to downtown with bunch of restaurants nearby. Would recommend and ignore the negative reviews, these people are picky and unreasonable and too cheap to book something to their standard

My fiancé and I checked into the hotel around 10pm, Manny the manager who also lives on the property waited up for us. Check in was a super breeze he even upgraded us to a corner suite. Manny walked us to our room and showed around, he gave us a very nice hand written card and a bottle of champagne....

Serious maintenance needed. Outdated. Looks good on the outside, but a $30 a day motel on the inside. Not clean. Bugs. Everything old and worn out. Beware. Look before you book.Truck stop would be better.

Our school's math department arrived at Mediterraneo Resort while in town attending the California Math Conference. Upon entering the assigned rooms, they were taken back by the lack of cleanliness,a sizable insect traveling across the space and excessive wear that the facility displayed. They spoke with Mr. Montoya who was very understanding and stated that he would recommend a refund...

Charming place. Room is cute, stylishly upgraded. Plenty of places to sit outside to enjoy the clear sky of the night. I love it. You can cook in the room or barbecue outside. We will definitely be back.

Staff was helpful. Manny did a great job with changing our room into a better modern room, we had a studio originally and was too tiny. They have 2 pools and nice cabana areas. We went for my birthday for Labor Day and they even had a fun DJ for that weekend. There is pool table available, laundry machine, ice...

One pool looked nice enough. The room was two old apartments mashed together. Old, decrepit furniture. Tear in the bedding. Stains on the ceiling. Cracked vanity by the bathroom. Weird art of a molding mushroom on the wall. Trash in the bedside table. Busted furniture just out in random places throughout the hotel. Would maybe stay there if I paid...

Fantastic management, great atmosphere, pretty pool - so great!! The only thing we weren't too thrilled about was the service in the bar/restaurant. Service was crazy slow but the food was worth the wait. Surprisingly yummy. Shower was kinda small, but the water pressure and temps were good. Nothing beats desert water! The room was HUGE! We had a fridge...
