I have been a guest of this hotel in excess of 20 nights over the past five or so years. It has always drawn an interesting crowd and allows for boys to be boys if you will. However, I had quite a horrific experience with one of the owners recently where I was chased down the corridor (while holding a...

This guest had several unregistered people in his room and causing disturbance to other guests. When I tried to advise him only registered guest are allowed on property he became irate and said he will not have any management tell him what to do. I advised him if he does not wish to respect our rules then he can check...

Clean rooms and public spaces, friendly and helpful staff, excellent hot tub and pool. We will stay there again. Everything about the CC was welcoming and professional. Any public hotel will have interesting characters as guests, but CC does not allow riff raff to cause any issues.

We live in Fla and travel to Palm Springs twice a year to visit. It's our favorite go to for vacation. We would always stay at the same place but decided to try someplace new. When we arrived we were greeted by Ben. He has a great sense of humor and since it was our first stay at Canyon Club...

It always amazes me when I read a negative review about this exceptional budget conscious hotel. I am getting ready to book my fourth stay in one year because it is one of the best values in Palm Springs. Not just because of the room prices, but also because the staff there are all priceless. Tim. Ben, Tom, and Mitch...

Looks a bit dodgy from the outside. Inside is style 1940. Pool is big and clean, has sprinklers around wich is great. Garden with maze is exiting. Whirlpool is busy. Playroom is clean. Crowd is mixed from young to old, a lot of dayguest. Rooms are ok and clean. Looks for special prices. The owner is historic.

I returned to The Canyon Club as I enjoyed my stay from previous visits. I stayed in a Studio King which was located on the 2nd floor with a great view of the pool. The room was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and a decent sized bar fridge. Yes the bathrooms are a bit run down and maybe could be...

The website photos are total lies. This place is run down and should be razed. The lobby stunk. The first room we booked was amazingly disgusting. The refrigerator smelled like dead bodies had fermented for weeks. The "patio" had a torn down screen laying there and one beat to death chair. The bed linens had stains and the "pool towels"...

It's true that it's a bit old and dated, but the staff is friendly and it has nice sized rooms. It has a large well maintained yard with a nice pool and hot tub. Front desk person was very helpful and knows the city well. It is also a great spot and close to restaurants and clubs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Some updating would be good but there was some work on-going. Good room size and comfortable bed. The garden area is a good place to relax. Breakfast was better than most places. Good room cleaning and towels of good quality and clean and fresh. Wifi did not work in our room, we were in a corner...
