We stopped here overnight on our way home from the Grand Canyon. My friend had stayed here before and had a wonderful experience and so she was really looking forward to staying here again. Our stay started out very badly. First, we had trouble finding a place to park. Then we were assigned a room over by the pool and... More

I stayed here for a friend's wedding and had a pleasant stay. The hotel's layout was very much a mid-century motor inn: blocks of two-story building units with the rooms opening outdoors. The front door to my room faced the street, but the back door opened out to the pool area. The room had a mini-deck for al fresco enjoyment.... More

I have stayed here in the past and the rooms are SUPER outdated with a bad smell in them. The only good thing is its location. I will be returning the end of December and I expect to see some major changes and to have an updated room that does not smell like mold or I will be done with... More

As a solo traveler, I visited the Palm Mountain Resort in March, gave it 5 circles and hoped to visit again. Upon my second visit, 3 circles seems almost a stretch. This time a friend and I booked a “courtyard double”. This almost corner room on the 2nd floor by the pool (211) had no view, just pool noise. The... More

While this hotel is ideally located in the heart of Palm Spring, I would not call it a resort level hotel as it tries to position itself to be. Instead, I would classify this as a solid 3 star hotel. Located only 1 block to Hwy 111, the entire family could easily walk to the downtown area within minutes. One... More

Great location where we have stayed before for an annual car event. People were just excellent. Grounds are nice and the location is 1/2 block from all the restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs. We were in room 144 (bottom floor on end), and the only complaint I have is in the layout of the room. Heard complaints from... More

We loved the location of this resort! You're in the heart of downtown near so many great shops and restaurants! The hotel is not overly fancy which was fine for us! The pool was great and beds super comfortable!

It's not terrible. And it is in a good location. But if a place is going to charge top dollar, it should offer top facilities. It has limited parking. When I came back on Saturday night, I had to park in a public lot across the street with no security, then find a locked gate entrance on a side unlit... More

16 of us stayed here for week. The staff are really helpful, rooms are well equipped and adequate. Pool area and fire pits provide good areas to bring a beer back and chill. Good location to walk from to loads of restaurants and bars. Parking can be a slight issue at weekends. Breakfast is at Ruby's Diner across the road.... More

We've stayed here 3 different times. Rooms are adequate & clean. The staff is warm & friendly. They are constantly upgrading their facilities. The property is well maintained. The fire pits are a plus to sit by in the evening - so relaxing! Beautiful mountain view; great location for walking. Parking can be a challenge especially in the evening on... More
