Booked my room thru Expedia. Paid in advance so no way out! This place is a great location and it looks good from the outside - but the rooms are a mess. Carpets stained, towels are threadbare, tile loose and bath floor buckled from water. The faucet did not have adequate water flow. No stopper in sink. I complained and...

I stayed only one night but I felt like I was at home. Staff very helpful and charismatic. Across the street, there is a beautiful restaurant called "Billy's" which has wonderful food. Happy with this stay. I'll come back.

You know how sometimes you walk on carpet and you know it is just not clean? This whole room is lke this. There is mold at the junction of the bathroom and the floor. The carpet Is stained. There was one face cloth, no bath mat and the smallest towels ever. Not clean, not comfortable.

Older property. Large room and great pools. Quiet. Rooms amenities not always stocked (i.e.coffee,, towels, soap). Overall fine for the price. Air conditioner too loud. It was worth the price and close to the old part of palm springs where the shops and restaurants are located. Easy to find and park. If the up keep was better it would have...

If you are just looking for a hotel to spend time at one of the two pools, then this is the place for you. The rooms haven't been updated since the 80's; no carpet; no amenities like shampoos except from a dispenser on the wall; terrible picture on the TV; smelled damp and moldy; had a table with only one...

What can I say...you get what you pay for. I needed to be in Palm Springs on short notice and this motel had availability. It's definitely a budget motel feel with a slightly higher-than-average price point. My room was dingy and in need of repair (holes in wall, broken light switches, old bathroom fixtures, stained carpet), but it was definitely...

Sometimes that isn't true, but it was in this case. Stayed there for 2 days for a softball tournament because a couple of other players were staying there and I was getting tired of the Caliente Tropics. I got the room for $67.50 +tax. The room was pretty big. A lot of room between one of the queen beds and...

So it's peak season ad you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars for a weekend stay, then this is your place. We were in town with thousands of other riders participating in the Tour De Palm Springs. The Garden Vista was sold out but luckily we had made our reservations way in advance so the cost of our room...
