This H2 Suites is located in Palmdale, CA and WOW what a great staff here at the hotel! The Hotel is clean has a friendly staff and a great breakfast ! If you are looking for a fun getaway for the weekend or traveling for business, this is the place! The Pool is heated! The grills are ready to cook the steaks, burgers, hot dogs or whatever you have! They have a cool Gym! Oh, and if you want to experience Los Angeles the dessert and or the mountains this H2 Suites is perfectly located. Also, bring some food. The rooms are set up with a sink, dishwasher, microwave and ask the front desk for the Portable Cooktop! If you have a maintenance issue - Stan is the man! Thank you Stan for the upkeep on the hotel!

Hotel's Favourite
This place is always booked up and very difficult to get a reservation for. For my last month in California I made a reservation months ahead of time and it was one of my best decisions. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. Misty is an excellent supervisor she lives by example and her staff operates in excellence. Ms Anastasia checked us in and is the kindest soul you will ever know. The breakfast was excellent, this is a convenient location to the freeway, mall, gas stations, grocery stores, and several restaurants. I am a high maintenance “A” type personality or commonly called “picky”. Every concern was addressed quickly and satisfactory manner for me. Next time I am in California this is the place I will return to. I really love the staff and the ambiance of this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jessica and Bianca at the front desk. Breakfast included premade omelettes or scrambles that you heat up plus some other cereals, yogurts, fruits and a waffle maker. The breakfast attendant Jan was always friendly and quick to help with anything. The pool is saline and heated plus they have BBQs in a little area next to the pool. There is a bathroom right next to the pool that was nice and very clean which I didn't expect. There was an outside area with overhead string lights, plenty of seating and tables and a little gas fire pit that was cool. They played good music throughout the hotel and the gym was better than I expected. It had four cardio machines, plenty of dumbbells, jump ropes, yoga mats, medicine balls, and even a multi exercise cable machine. The whole place was really clean and we had a nice relaxing weekend get away. Thanks again!

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a good location right next to the mall. The rooms are nice and have lots of space to store items. There wasn’t a safe in my room which I found odd. There was a whole little kitchen with a big fridge, a dishwasher, and a sink. Nice room and comfy bed! However, house keeping was not very good, as the floors were extremely dirty and the shower was dirty too. They come tuesdays and Thursday’s which I don’t think is often enough for people who are staying long periods such as myself (9 days). I had to request housekeeping a few times because I needed towels/ my trash was full/ etc. The front desk staff is nice but when I came to check in and check out there was nobody there for about 5 minutes until they realized I was standing there. The pool was a little dirty, I only saw one person come to clean it during my stay. I personally never used the pool but it looked nice besides a few twigs and leaves in the water. They also provide pool towels. Everything else was fine & normal for a basic hotel. Breakfast was tasty, they make waffles which was nice. They also have a decent selection of items at the front desk, such as water, microwave meals, ice creams, and toiletry items. Overall it’s a decent stay with the exception of a few things.

We had a pleasant stay. I’m giving 4 stars because our shower wasn’t clean. I found men hair on the shower walls and it didn’t seem clean at all. However, the rest of the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, TV was awesome.
I really liked their coffee and I also liked that they have been offering cleaner shower products with no harmful chemicals in them. I didn’t get to try their gym or pool but the gym looked very nice. Their mini kitchen area is exceptional!
I would recommend housekeeping to really pay attention to detail in the bathrooms and to make sure that it is clean, other then that, they did an amazing job in regards to cleanliness in the rest of the room.

I wouldn't even give them one star . I came for a business trip, I was suppose to stay 2 weeks . The first room they gave me had a broken dishwasher , which no one told me it was broke . The dishwasher had a sign on it that said "all dishes inside have been washed and sanitized" all the dishes inside had food on them from guest before me . I was moved into another room which I was told "maintenance guy has checked everything in the room and everything is working" The dish washer in the new room had a piece broken and wouldn't roll out the bottom rack . I ignored it , I was tired of complaining. I used the top rack to put my dishes in , ran the dishwasher and it didn't drain the water . I again go tell the girls up front that this room also has a broken dish washer . They then tell me that "you must of broke it , we inspected that room before you went in . We're going to have to charge you for it " I had to call my boss and explain the situation and move to another hotel . This place is falling apart . They warm up jimmy dean knock offs for breakfast and they girls up front are too busy in the back room giggling and not doing their job . Do not stay here . They will accuse you of breaking things that are already broke .

Ever since the first call for vacancy. ETHAN definitely impressed me with his politeness and professionalism. We had to book a reservation last minute and he assured me he could help.
We ended up booking the weekend and every day ETHAN was there his hospitality was amazing. Also remembering my name and acknowledging me when I walked by, definitely made the experience that much greater.
The suites and location are very clean and sanitized. It being kid friendly was a plus. The kids loved the pool too.
I will definitely recommend staying here. Next year for our next event I will have my whole Team stay here. I also recommend advancing ETHAN or offering him a higher pay because he’s definitely an assist to your business.

I stayed here for about a week in the king bed suite. The room was great, as was the breakfast in the morning. Parking was never a problem, and I liked the variety of available amenities. The staff was also super helpful and overall I had a great stay in Palmdale.

The entire team at the Home 2 Suites made this stay amazing! Safe, quiet, and new are the words that best describe the property. Brianna, Bianca, and Kimberly truly helped me out with reserving and booking rooms for our soccer team. If our State Cup is ever in the Lancaster Palmdale area again I will for sure be booking at this hotel!

Thank you for your question! All sofas do pull out to be a queen size comfortable bed that can sleep two.
Yes, there is an outdoor swimming pool. I am not sure about the hot tub.
