We came as a 3-generation family to see the poppies during the week. The hotel, on weekdays is filled with mostly business travelers, so the pool, hallways, and breakfast were quiet. As with any Embassy Suites, we loved the spacious room and the breakfast. I gotta say, the front desk staff were particularly great. And the fellas bussing tables at breakfast worked so hard greeting folks and clearing tables. Excellent service here.

The room was nice and clean. Amenities such as the pool and workout facilities were above average compared to other hotels in the area.
Seriously disappointed in the evening happy hour with long lines to get a drink due to there only being one bartender on duty, and the food selection was embarrassing for a large hotel chain that advertises their happy hour as one of their highlighted features.

We booked for a few nights, the rooms are very clean and spacious. We had booked the suite. The nights there were comfortable, however, we got booked on the third floor in room 325, at night it was a little noisy not sure why, it must’ve come from the outside.

This place is very great on housekeeping, they clean your room in the evenings and leave your room very clean and refreshed. The only thing I found ridiculous is that you will be charged $10 per night for parking?? I was baffled at the news.

I wasn’t charged the parking fee though because you’d have to become a member so that’s something you’d have to keep in mind, before booking, create an account to become a member!

The breakfast is okay, I did like their omelettes. Coffee could be better. Wish they offered different breakfast options daily.

Overall, definitely worth the stay. It is a pricey but you get what you pay for!

The staff at this hotel are so racist, the manager at this particular location is very racist, she threaten to kick my granddaughter and her friends out the pool for being to loud , which they were not being loud, the indoor pool has a echo. Also, twelve year old girls tend to scream randomly, they we’re having fun. She then just ignores the Hispanic family’s drinking and eating and yelling in the pool area, with glass containers.
After my granddaughter‘s and I left the area I returned to the pool area three times after we were told to be quiet and recorded the noise volume at the pool, at one time they’re was about 15 children in the pool making so much noise and guess what they were all Hispanic and the manager didn’t say anything. I only had six kids at the pool and had to constantly tell them to keep the noise down, it ruined the whole day.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind the other families breaking the rules that’s the hotel’s job to regulate their pool area, however if you’re going to regulate it be fair to all the families don’t come to the pool area and ruin the fun for some children and then allow other children to do whatever they want.
They do a breakfast buffet every morning if you’re white or Hispanic they will smile and give you fresh bacon but if your dark skin or black they will give you burnt bacon, and frown as you go through the line, just rude behavior.
This type of situation has got to stop. I paid good money to stay at the hotel just like all the other families and I expected to be treated with respect and dignity. I will never stay at this hotel again. The sad part is they don’t care, they will continue to treat Black people rude and disrespectfully and nothing is said about it but not today.
This is not the first time I Experienced this type of behavior. this was my fourth visit to this location, each time I’ve been met with racism and discrimination. I waited to write this review, so that I wouldn’t just write this review based on one visit, but each visit has been met with the same results.
Embassy suites needs to do better.

My stay was fine. However when I received my credit card bill, I noticed that they charged me for several rooms that I had canceled! I was part of a large group, and had booked some extra rooms through booking.com. I canceled the extra rooms within the free cancelation period, which booking.com confirmed. Embassy Suites claims that booking.com did not inform them of the cancelations, so they charged me a late cancelation fee (one night charge) for each room!!! I can't believe they would charge me a whole night's rate for rooms that I did not use! The mistake wasn't even mine, and they expect me to pay hundreds of dollars for rooms I did not use!
I spoke to a manager who claims there is nothing they can do to reverse the charges and I need to contact booking.com. I have tried several times to contact booking.com and have not been able to get through to anyone yet. The Embassy Suites won't even help me contact booking.com. This is terrible customer service! They are trying to make me pay for booking.com's mistake. If they are going to be affiliated with booking.com, they should at least help to correct the error. They obviously don't care about helping their customers.

Absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic with made to order omelettes, a full breakfast buffet, waffles, excellent coffee, pastries, bagels, English muffins, fruits, and more. Dulche and Gilberto were so friendly and nice and made us feel like family. It's important the Hilton company know they have 2 top notch workers that go beyond for their customers. We look forward to seeing them every morning. The pool was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice with good quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers. I forgot some items flying in such as a travel kit, and they sent me supplies within 10 minutes free of charge to my room. This one is a winner. Highly recommend.

We had a room reservation for a 2 Queen room at Embassy Suites in Palmdale the night of 6/19. After waking at 5am to drive from San Diego to Palmdale, and 6 hours of girls softball games in the 110 degree heat, we were ready to check into our hotel.

The tournament ended early, at 2pm, so we thought we'd see if the room was ready early, knowing that check in is at 3pm. Upon trying to check in, they said the room wouldn't be ready until 3pm, so we went to get something to eat. We returned around 4pm and were told the room was STILL NOT READY. At 4:30, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. Our daughter really needed to lay down after the day, and this would be 2 hours after check in is supposed to be ready. We were told they were fixing a curtain rod. 3 hours to fix a curtain rod??

The whole time we considered leaving for hotel for another property, but were told since we "paid with points" we couldn't cancel. We were only using points for $40 of the $200 rate, and this seems to put members with points in a lower category than people that are staying at their very first Hilton.

The staff did not seem to have any concern for the fact our room was 2 hours late, there was no manager on site to speak with, and our options were basically to keep waiting with no end in sight, leave to another hotel and still pay for the Embassy room, or buy a 2nd room with a 1 King (needed 2 beds) only so that we could lay down.

Since we couldn't keep waiting only to be told it would be another 30 minutes, we decided to pay for another King room so that our daughter could lay down, and then would just take the 2 Queen room when it was available as well. This was an additional $180 that we had to pay just to get some relief and lay down after 9 hours in the desert heat.

All my stays in Hiltons have been good up to this point, including this location.

The property is full of transients that are not staying there. They are abusing the breakfast and cocktail hours while not guests of the hotel. Families are are inviting 10 to 12 guests to breakfast and cockgail hour as well. I went down to have breakfast 40 minites prior to closing and no food was available in the carafes. 100% empty. I brought the issue up with management and they kept telling me it would be taken care of. Food was never put out. Now i have wasted 1.5hrs with management and have still not fed my children. Ended eating out. Unacceptable and i will never stay with embassy suites again.

The hotel was just average. The Wi-Fi connection was inadequate and there was no hair dryer in the room. I asked to speak to management three different times and there was never anybody on the property, even at 8:30 in the morning or 4:30 in the afternoon. I finally spoke to management at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday as I was checking out.

The most disturbing thing about this hotel was the hidden charge for parking in an uncontrolled uncovered parking lot right next to a mall with thousands of free parking spaces. They didn't even make the effort to ask for the license plate of my vehicle or provide me a dash sticker while charging for parking. Hidden charges with no value add are an absolute no go for me and I will not be returning.

Lastly the on-premises jacuzzi was so full of small children has to be unusable for the entire duration of my stay or at least every time I chose to attempt to use it.

Thank you to the the amazing personnel who served me breakfast every morning! If it wasn't for them I would not have felt like part of a family. There were a couple of days I had to leave early before they would open. They would see me grabbing some fruit and and ask if they could make me something real quick. These guys are above and beyond!
