We have stayed here many times. In the past the employees were friendly and helpful. But this time we were surprised with the unfriendly greeting and all of the new rules that have been imposed! Examples: there is now a $10/night parking fee (the parking lot is not secure and is shared by a few different businesses). There were signs in the elevator that "outside food" is not allowed in the lobby and if you bring outside food you will be asked to leave the area! The remodeled room looked nice. The problems began when I showered and the door wouldn't stay shut. At night we like to run the fan (without heat/cold) to use as "white noise" to drown out "Hotel" sounds. The new thermostat did not have a "fan" option. So after we went to bed, the party above us checked in and we heard every footstep. We will not be going back which is unfortunate.

I checked in to see a friend who lived nearby on Tuesday, November 14th with checkout early Wednesday, November 15th. Check in by Robin was just ok, she could’ve been a little more friendlier. The room was nice, Room 321 with two double beds. It was quiet and comfortable. Many restaurant choices were right across I-14 freeway, but there were choices within walking distance like fast food. I requested to pay with cash at checkout, so before 6am at checkout, I was disappointed by the night auditor that he couldn’t allow me to pay with cash or to split the bill with cash and card. Customers should have the choice to pay with cash if possible, so this is why I’m only giving 3 claws instead of 4. We stayed in Palmdale to visit family and the courtyard by Marriott was the perfect place for us. The room was super clean and quiet, the Bed was to die for comfortable.. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful morning and night.. Due to Covid their cafe was closed but they still provided a snack bag at breakfast..

Super courteous front desk staff. They even went to the elevator to call for it as I walked to it. Lobby has been refurbished. Room was modern and comfortable. I had to check out earlier than breakfast and they gave me the opportunity to order a breakfast burrito and coffee the evening before. It was hit and ready at 5A as I had asked for it. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here as temporary living due to job relocation. Being far from home and in a city you have never been to can be a rough transition, but thanks to the front desk staff it made my temporary living feel like a second home. They are amazing! They are the friendliest. I've stayed at many other hotels before but this one really made a statement with their front of staff service.

Room smelled of stale food. Telephone didn’t work, coffee set up was missing sugar and creamer. We we able to hear noise from other rooms. Left early due to unhappy experience. Staff was unable to help with discrepancies.

The room’s decor is nice. The food is good, especially the salsa that comes with the breakfast burrito. I also got a free drink every night I stay there. The staffs are friendly and good customer service. The lobby area is great in decor and good for having a drink and talk with others.

So Let me start by Saying Ian Kinsley is the BEST! His Customer service skills are incredible. My Stay here was pretty sweet. Room was amazing. The king size bed is so comfy and the bathroom is beautiful. Very clean hotel didn't smell horrible like most hotels. Very convenient stores all around. Restaurants. Service was great and will be returning. Love this place.

A typical courtyard. Except service. Rude, unaccommodating, and argumentative. As I was heading to the hotel for check in I received a call from them stating they did not have any rooms. This was booked several days in advance. I was not given any apologies or alternatives. Absolutely no service. I have not and will not book this hotel again. I have also advised my co workers to book elsewhere. We are now staying at Spring hills during busy trips.

Hotel is current, quiet and the staff is very accommodating. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I set foot inside the lobby. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. i needed breakfast at 4:30 AM and it was there on time and the food was excellent. Highly recommend.
