The hotel itself is a little on the older side but the staff is top notch. Very friendly and efficient, greet you upon arrival, fast check in and very informative. They are very clear about what your benefits are, and how the food and beverage credit can and cannot be used. They also dress professionally. So many front desk staff are dressed in casual clothes that look like pajamas, not in this place. They dress nicely. Nothing but good experiences so far.

I arrived at 9pm on a Friday night at the nearby Holiday Inn where I had a reservation for a disabled access room (with roll-in shower). The staff at the holiday never lifted a finger to offer help as I struggled with my walker and luggage cart. And then discovered that my room was NOT a disabled access room. They didn't help me find alternative accommodation, but when I reached Levi at the front desk of the DoubleTree he saved the day. Levi was incredibly kind, found a room for me, and when I was waiting outside for an Uber in the middle of the night to be transported from the Holiday Inn to the DoubleTree, Levi called to make sure I was OK.
I am incredibly grateful to Sean, the Uber driver, and Levi at the DoubleTree for taking care of me. The helped me with my belongings, and Levi made sure the room was set up for a disabled senior. The next day, the DoubleTree staff has continue to be kind - asking at one point if they could move a table for me to work, and plugging in a power cord when I couldn't reach the outlet.
Thank you DoubleTree. I was in despair when it was nearly midnight and I wasn't sure I could find a place to stay. Not only did you find me a room, you have been very nice and friendly and kind.
Suggestions: Disabled access room needs to be close to entrance, and/or elevators. Room doors are TOO heavy for seniors or disabled people - a latch is needed to hold them open for egress when using a walker or wheelchair. (A doorstop doesn't work for someone who can't reach the floor). Thank you!

I come here for business weekly. There are other hotels around that might have better rooms with mini kitchens, but the staff here is amazing.
Devon and Heidi are my favorite. Heidi works at the front and always greets me with fresh cookies. When she sees my name come through, she proactively stocks my rooms with all my favorite requests like extra hangers, coffee, a microwave etc.
Devon works at the bar and remembers my favorite orders, like makers mark and fries, and all the condiments.
Additionally, the gym is one of my favorite hotel gyms.
Service is the best of the best. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

1 , checked in as usual very pleasant for a 3:30am check in. From there it was down hill l, the hotel elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. We stayed 4 nights and requested our room to receive housekeeping every day and it never happened! One night called front desk for towel since they were never replenished in 2 days! Front desk said they would be up in 15 minutes and they never came up!!! Everyday we were told the room would be cleaned and everyday it was not! Front desk personnel while very nice just had one. As newer if yes we will and we are understaffed. Well then maybe you should close down if you can’t staff your business! 3 days of garbage in my room and towels, finally today we begged a staff member for towels and they removed the dirty towels and said they would be back to clean room but never came back!

From start to finish this hotel went above and beyond. We were here this past weekend of an annual conference and Tracy and Etelvina were so helpful. They were able to accommodate us with over 20+ rooms and also helped us book their party venue. To be honest all the staff were welcoming and we did not have any issues all weekend. Thanks again Tracy and Etelvina! We will definitely be back soon thanks to your amazing service. See you soon 👍🏽

Doubletree Palmdale is a really nice hotel to stay at. You can tell it is a newly renovated hotel. I was greeted by Lashatine who was working the frontdesk when i arrived. She gave me a really nice room facing the pool and she even called up to my room after I checked in to make sure everything was good in my room.

Doubletree Palmdale is the place to stay if you are ever in need of a hotel. I was greeted with a big smile and a warm cookie by the check in clerk Lashantine. It was late in the evening when I arrived at the hotel and I asked her what would she recommend for a good place to eat and she recommended that I eat at the hanger 300 which is the hotel restaurant. She recommended that I try the salmon and I will tell you I was not disappointed. Shout out to the chef. I will make this my go to hotel when I stay in Palmdale

Had my granddaughter’s Quincianera and the staff from the event coordinator to the catering staff went above and beyond their duty to assist me. I don’t know what I would have done with out them. I have a bit of a hiccups and they step up to help me finish the flower arrangements and the cake decor… the rooms are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this Venue and hotel.

With the exception of offering guests an overpriced breakfast this is a great option for a reasonably priced stay if you have business in the area of Santa Clarita or Palmdale. Clean but basic. Professional and personable staff. Conveniently located, The breakfast was basic continental options. And instead of paper plates, there was actual china. But offering a bare bones, serve yourself breakfast for $15 soured the stay.
