Right across the street from Stanford U so it is the perfect place to stay if you are going to anything especially sports at Stanford. If your a runner lots of soft trails right across the street on the campus. Close to downtown Palo Alto and easy to get to train to SF as well

The common areas of the hotel (lobby, pool, bar) are OK, but the rooms are just average. For the overall quality, the prices are shockingly high - $1300 for 3 nights. Walking distance to several restaurants was nice.

Stayed one night for a business trip. Hotel is easy to get to and the staff is very friendly. Parking is easy and affordable. Rooms were easily accessible from all sides of the hotel (various entrances). Bed was comfy and room was clean. Room service was fast and delicious. Would certainly stay again.

Although the pool area and surrounding gardens were nice, the hotel itself and the rooms were very outdated. The decoration and the colour palette gave it this old feeling, like it was in need of a revamping. The toilet in my room was renewed though and pretty ok. I was surprised that no breakfast was included in the very expensive...

In most respects this is an excellent hotel, but my first night was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. My room was over the train tracks and day and night there was very loud train-related noise (horns, brakes, motor sounds, etc.). Gurpreet the manager was very nice and changed my room, but rooms like my first one should not...

Don't book this hotel! It got stuck in the late 80's. Worst hotel ever! Overpriced and super outdated! Creepy. Staff is very nice and friendly - that's the only positive thing I can say about this place.

We were booked into this hotel by others and stayed just one night so I can't comment on value for money. We asked for a room with a bathtub, so were given one of the older rooms but it was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fridge for private use and a filter coffee machine. There is a private car...

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it costed USD 400 per night without breakfast (normal price). Though it's true as others reviewers mentioned that the wall is thin, facilities are average but the worst is the room I stayed has construction site view that came with portable toilet. I think Sheraton should not sell this room until...

On paper, this hotel has it all - large rooms, new bathrooms, dining facilities, quick shop, coffee shop and swimming pool. In reality, it is old, dingy, noisy and in some cases dirty. My tired room looked out onto the parking lot and rail road. The rail noise starts around 05h00. The view, through the dirty window, included a close...

I stayed here for one night while in Palo Alto for a graduate school interview. The hotel is nice and clean and has a heated (outdoor) pool. The staff was very accommodating and checked me in and out quickly. The room itself was also nice, really exactly what you'd expect from a Sheraton, and everything seemed relatively new, although the...
