Stayed there for 2 nights, rooms nice but room temp to warm even with a/c on. Location for our needs, great. Across from Stanford and easy walking distance to Palo Alto restaurants. Hotel staff and bar staff very friendly. Hotel restaurant staff didn't seem to care. Took forever to place order and receive food. Restaurant seem out dated. Bonus, Starbucks...

If this were not located across the street from the Stanford campus (and also within walking distance to downtown Palo Alto as well as the Palo Alto Caltrain station), this property would be called a motel (a clean one but nevertheless only a motel), and in no way the "luxury" appellation it gives itself. The rooms, pool, lobby are dated,...

I've stayed several times at the Sheraton in Palo Alto. While it is conveniently located in Palo Alto (walking distance to downtown for many dining options), it is an older property and relatively expensive (parking is an additional fee). Rooms are quiet and clean. The bar / dining is good for late arrivals. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But...

Stayed here twice in the last 2 months for business. First time was in a club room that was not up to par compared to other Sheratons. Second time was upgraded to a club room as an SPG gold member and the room was really old. The fan sounds from the air conditioner kept me up all night.

The room was clean. The hotel could do with a facelift. In room wi-fi is not free. The only hotel i've stayed in recently that doesn't offer free in-room wifi. The hotel backs onto the railway line. Make sure your room is not at the back otherwise you have the sound of passing train regularly.

My stay was above average I would say. The room and entire hotel was very clean. The only issue with my room was I saw a bug crawling across the bathroom floor during the first night there. Not sure what it was, but no bed bugs in my room. The check in was fine and was strictly professional with the...

Hotel get's booked up, so if you plan to stay at it, book in advance! Since it get's easy booked up, the rates are usually higher than other hotels in nearby communities. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance to the hotel. The Club lounge is limited in the choices.

Reasonably price hotel with spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Good customer service. Close to Stanford campus. Nice pool area. Not a luxurious resort but certainly very nice. No complaint at all and would certainly use again if in the area.

The hotel is close to Stanford and a shopping/restaurant area. Nice size rooms. All updated. Nice pool area. Great staff. Don't valet park. It makes more sense to self park near your room. Bathroom has a sliding door that does not allow for a lot of privacy. You have to pay for internet unless you are an SPG member.

Hotel is convenient to public transit and Stanford, with nicely updated rooms. Their website advertises free internet- I was irritated on arrival to be advised that free internet applied only to certain rate categories and to those who booked directly with the hotel. At $339 per night I found it outrageous to have pay $10 extra per night to have...
