I loved the whole experience. Small room but everything you needed down to hot chocolate, a shower cap, and even shaving cream was provided. I loved the decor inside and out. The rooms were super clean and the bedding smelled wonderful. I love the chairs in front of the rooms to be able to sit outside and watch the stars. The beams above your head while you slept, the small metal heater to warm you...nothing was overlooked. A lot of love and care goes into this motel. Don't expect a sleek modern style more like a very comfortable make yourself at home feeling. We loved it!!!
We absolutely adore The Farmhouse! It’s exceptionally well-maintained, immaculate, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The owners really care about quality. We stay here every time we’re in the area. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!
Stayed one night. My room was very clean and had a mix of dated and upgraded features: dated furniture and bed comforter, but fairly new furnace and blinds. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room amenities included fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The walls seemed to be quite thin and there was a loud family next door. Fortunately they quieted down by 11 pm. The bathroom had been renovated; standard toiletries and plenty of soft, artfully displayed towels. Shower with good water pressure. Fast wifi (well above average for a hotel). Convenient parking. From my brief interaction at check-in, the staff seemed very friendly and attentive.
I think they have a great pride in taking care of old building and customers. I like that they had wood floor because motel usually have old and musty smell carpet. Shower room is very very small and kind of old but our stay was very comfortable. I always say this but if you have a loud neighbor you're out of luck no matter where you stay. Their wall is thin but we got lucky because family next door was quiet at night at least. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in this area. They really take good care of this place so we can have comfortable stay.
This is a motor court from the Forties that has been lovingly upgraded. It was clean, fresh and the bathroom was redone with a lovely sink. The towels were lush and plentiful with a few artfully folded (think cruise ship style) and positioned on the beds. There was an older window air conditioner in good working condition plus real windows that opened! The matresses seemed a little tired, but were comfortable. I enjoyed being on a property that has a long history in Paso Robles.
