I booked this room on a Sunday night at 9:30 PM, and I got a phone call from the owner telling me in a voicemail that if I don’t check in by 10 PM my reservation will be canceled. I missed that call, come he called me again and left me a voicemail telling me that my reservation was canceled and I needed to find another place to stay. I called him and he answered and I told him I am 10 minutes away I already booked the reservation through your website, and he yelled at me and told me, You have stayed here before and you know the rules! if you don’t check in by 10 PM I am going home and nobody will be here for you! I said I am right down the street! I just made the reservation 20 min ago!! I said Screw you! I’m going to Yelp how awful you talked to me. He said fine I don’t care. and hung UP ON ME!!! After I booked for the next 3 nights!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! …
We enjoyed our stay. New hotel, clean and safe. Staff are really nice, allowed an early check in, and upgraded our room to a balcony! Very convenient for a wine weekend. Priced competitively. No breakfast or pool, but not necessary either.
Very good value. Clean, attractive, comfortable. Friendly staff. Includes expected amenities, micro, coffee brewer, frig. Bring your own soap, however. They only have body wash dispensers, and it comes out just a drop at a time. (like 50 pumps to take a shower!) We will always stay here when visiting Paso. Tip -Ask for rooms farther from 24th, they're quietest.
We stayed here for one night. It is in a relatively good location to downtown. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The walls were kind of thin but still enjoyed a good night's sleep. The staff was very helpful.
Went up to Paso to do some wild boar hunting with Bitterwater Outfitters. Stayed one night here. The rooms were new and clean. The owner was very nice and had the rooms cleaned early so we could check in. Rooms were small sort of Euro style but this was not a negative. The beds were very comfortable as well.
