We always stay at the Plymouth House when we're in the Amador-El Dorado wine area. It's like "coming home" to family without the overbearing parents! Proprietress Sandra prepares a wonderful breakfast and serves cheese and wine in the evening. She also assists in securing restaurant reservations. The historic bed and breakfast inn takes you back in history and is cozy...

When I visit Amador County, I always stay at Plymouth House Inn. I think I stayed there a total of maybe seven times in the last ten years. I usually stay in the Toys in the Attic room because it has a queen bed and is away from the main floor. All of the rooms kind of take you back...

Sandy's place is absolutely amazing! She puts lots of thought and detail into every guest room and the lovely breakfasts that she prepares! Her special touch of coffee just outside your door every morning is a cozy touch! She serves wine and cheese in the early evening, which gives you a chance to get to know other guests staying there...

This is by far the best B&B in all of Amador & surrounding counties. Not only does it have the most quaint appeal and charm, but also has the best hospitality I have ever experienced in all my travels. I would highy recommend this to any person/couples looking to get away from it all. The wine cellar Is a great...

My husband and I love to wine taste and visit wineries in the Amador and ElDorado area. We found the Plymouth House. What a great place to stay and unwind after a day of tasting. The owner cooks the best breakfast we have been here many times and never had the same breakfast. It seems like a home away from...

I've stayed at the Plymouth House Inn on several occasions and have to admit it's definitely a cozy destination getaway for some serious R&R. Your stay is made comfortable with door service coffee and a deliciously prepared breakfast each morning. The inn is located just a few miles away from multiple wineries making it convenient when planning a wine tasting...

A dear friend and I found this quaint B&B and were delighted with it's charm and history. The owner was WONDERFUL; so accommodating and the breakfast she served in the dining room family style was amazing! I will definitely be back!

The B&B is centrally located in the gold mining center, now wine growing center of the Sierra Mountains. The accommodations were stellar and the food was great. It was with great sadness that we had to depart for Oregon as soon as we finished eating. We had a great dinner at the local highly rated restaurant. The TASTE is a...
