Great hotel with a beautiful view on the desert valley. Large rooms with balcony. Adult pool and family pool. Some « attractions », star gazing on Friday and Sunday evening, walks (although the nature walk is a bit of a joke : 15mn walk around the property)....More
Great property with friendly staff. Room was spacious with 2 kids. Large patio was a bonus to hang around late nights/ breakfast. Ate at poolside, and their service was prompt. They had different free activities for the kids (movie nite, star gazing, cotton candy with...More
Nice resort, great valet, professional front desk, awesome spa, clean rooms.
Uncomfortable beds, really bad pillows.
Pool employee (Asian male, thinning hair) is a total jerk, not Ritz-Carlton standards. Watch out for this person when you are visiting adult pool!More

The hotel located up a hill off the main road running through Rancho Mirage to Palm Springs. Medium sized hotel. Modern and good facilities. The service is great, lots of staff, helpful and personal. Food is rather good too.

A Resort fee is a standard fee at all hotels in California, I’m not sure why they don’t just include it in the price of the room, but they don’t, it usually runs around $30 a day. Also parking at the Ritz is $30 a day

yes, she contacted me after we had a poor dining experience earlier this year. When I called she blew me off. This was related to a really bad dining experience where a caesar salad served was a handful of iceberg (not romaine) lettuce with a dab of mayo type dressing.
