We are thrilled to be able to get there in a short drive and find lots of things that keep our son happy. Splashtopia is a great feature. Food at this resort is on the disappointing side. Blue Ember is overpriced and the dinner quality is not great. My best meal came from the little coffee shop-- wish I'd figured...

For the price of the hotel, it was very disappointing. The service was only fair and the pool / splashtopia is very overrated. There is not enough seating at the pool area and it pool staff does not really care.

After staying several times before in the hotel, decided to go back again with my kids, for the last weekend of Spring Break. Our room wasn't properly clean, neither the bathroom. Around the pool and kids water park it was the same issue, garbage every where. I told some employees to please ask the person in charge to clean the...

Do not stay here! The service is horrendous, the crowds are rude, people don't watch their kids and you will not get any sleep due to the noise. Pool restaurant service is terrible and overall not worth the money.

We moved from the desert a few years ago, but still enjoy going back for long weekends. This is the only place we stay! It has everything you could want...lovely rooms (Bldg #30 has mountain & lake views), outdoor music for a drink by the fire pits, wonderful restaurant and spa. The staff is helpful and friendly. Perfect location and...

We stayed here over spring break arrived on March 25, 2016 set to depart on April 8. We had debated about booking here over Marriott Desert Springs Villas. In the end we chose here due to close proximity to shopping "the river" across the street and Splashtopia as we were travelling as a family with my 4 year old son...

Stayed at the Omni over the holidays (family trip - adult children + extended family) and while the grounds look nice, the buildings are old and there is NO soundproofing between rooms. The staff does a fabulous job of trying to keep the place looking good, but it's clearly an older property and needs updating. You can hear people in...

Open the patio door, sit down, listen to the water, watch the ducks, relax. After 4 days of not knowing if I could make this trip, it was so worth it! Yet, it is close to great shopping, more great restaurants, and everything the Coachella Valley has to offer (Salton Sea, birders?). This one is a keeper.

We were excited to stay at the Omni with our kids over spring break and were disappointed at the level of service we experienced. We realize that this was a busy time of year for the resort, but would have expected to see that there was sufficient staff to meet the needs of the guests. Check in was difficult, meal...

Room was not what I paid for and the pool was colder than would have liked. Food at restaurant was slow and the food was average at best. The house keeping service never brought the roll out to the room for replacement. The room was discounted, but with that being said it was a credit that I had to use...
