By far the worst experience ever. Drove 4 hours today for our houseboat reservation to find out they were closed. I checked this page and they never posted anything about being closed. In fact they are still posting messages encouraging people to book with them....More

We stayed on a Grand Sierra for 3 nights in July. It was so fun and the houseboat was fantastic. It was clean, ran great, and very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. We also rented a speedboat to tow kids around the lake...More

Yes I believe you could walk to the rooms but you definitely would not take a wheel chair to the docks. Hope this helps with your question.
