A bit worn but it was clean. Staff was 5 stars. A bit higher in California but all and all not bad. Has a fitness center and pool and free breakfast. I’d stay again in a pinch. Convenient fast food just outside the parking lot. Taco Bell, Arby’s and something else.

Great location, great staff, wonderful rooms, beds and showers — even the room coffee is tasty. This is the third time we stayed and it is always wonderful and restful. Don’t miss their breakfast, it was plentiful, great selection and something for everyone. This is one of the few hotels that have a hairdryer strong enough to dry my hair quickly, very nice. Bring your bubble bath or bath salts nice size and perfect for soaking. Very Safe area, easy to get in and out and right off 80, plus a well light parking lot. Thank you!

We had reservations for a 2-room suite and we did have that except that it was super noisy/located very close to a very busy street with a round-about and all we heard while we were in the room was noisy cars and motorcycles. Luckily, Giovanni was able to move us to a smaller unit but a bit quiter. An emergency came up and we had to check out sooner than planned and again, Giovanni was able to take care of the situation without any problems.

I believe, if the hotel had double paned windows, the noise would be not so loud.

The room décor was very nice and modern. The furniture was obviously new. The bed was excellent and the room was clean. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and television but I did not use any of these appliances (not even the TV).

This is a modern three-story motor lodge several hundred yards away from Interstate 80. I requested a quiet room facing the parking lot but they said all those rooms there were taken so I was stuck on the outside facing Interstate 80 and it was noisy. Really noisy. Constantly noisy all night long.

The breakfast was a "grab n go" due to COVID which is too bad since I liked the hot full Comfort Inn breakfasts of old. I can’t eat wheat so all I could so was get some yogurt and hard boiled eggs and OJ.

The towels were stacked and folded on a shelf below the bathroom sink. But there were no towel bars in my room at all even though there was wall space at the vanity and above the toilet. None. So to dry the towels between uses I used the shower curtain rod and the backs of the chairs in the room. I don’t get it. The room itself was very new because it had a rectangular (not oval) sink in the bathroom (very popular now) so why no towel bars? (Note to Comfort Inn management: Motel 6 has been putting towel bars in their motel rooms for at least a half-century. They are very useful. Maybe you can learn something.)

Had a little trouble checking in due to an issue with my card. I ended up sitting around until 3am waiting for money to be deposited into my account. Debit cards are not recommended here, they will reject Venmo, PayPal, etc. breakfast was great given the COVID thing. They had breakfast sandwiches we could hear up, oatmeal, yogurts and even hard boiled eggs and fruit. They had toast and bagels but only grape and mixed berry jelly & no cream cheese for the bagels. Coffee was decent for hotel coffee.

I had a king room with a chair and desk w/desk chair, pretty nice tv, microwave and fridge as well as pretty large bathroom. Wish it had been a jetted soaking tub or larger tub and the water wasn’t as always as hot as I’d like it.

Staff was pretty friendly for the most part and clean.

We used this hotel for a high school group and it was excellent. It was affordable while also well-maintained with a responsive staff. The breakfast was great- our students and adults alike were impressed by the options and enjoyed the waffles! The one and only negative was that there was some construction work being done in the parking lot, so parking was challenging the first night and there was construction vehicle noise very early one of the mornings.

Sign says no staff to bring towels etc. so you have to go downstairs to get things. I like to plug in my Amazon Fire stick to Tv's, but at this place there was absolutely no way to change the input to HDMI without a different remote. Pack a universal remote that handles LG if you plan to do that. The mattress is very firm so I had a sore back in the morning. It is near the freeway so expect some road noise, but the wall A/C will drown that out. No milk or cereal for breakfast so bring your own. They do have good yogurt though. The price was lower than others, everything is close by, it was clean, and smells fine so I would stay here again when it is just 1 night.

I was awakened in the middle of the night 330 am by a loud electronic buzzing sound coming from fridge/microwave. I called front desk and they said they would send someone in the morning and never did.

In addition, whoever was in the room above mine, I could hear every footstep echoing into my room.

I could not sleep the whole night and missed breakfast because of the lack of sleep.

I contacted the manager Lizzy who was rude and obnoxious and hung up on me multiple times. Even laughing unprofessionally during the call. The best she tried to give was 20% off when I asked for either a full refund or full credit for another night.

She refused to give me information about the owner and when they would return from vacation.

I got charged close to $200 for a sleepless night.

Great location (easy hop onto I-80 as well as shopping). Large rooms and quiet. I've been to many hotels during this pandemic and I know offering breakfast has been a challenge. That was the only think I can suggest improving on and why I didn't give 5 stars. Comparing this breakfast to other hotel chains, I think you could add hard-boiled eggs regularly, small cartons of milk as I'm an oatmeal fan but couldn't eat it without milk, individual cereal containers, English muffins and more options for fruit. I've stayed here many times before as I have a relative in the area and I would definitely come back.

The room appeared clean and nice. We placed towels outside the room to be picked up and they were. However, clean sets were not provided. Housekeeping is bringing us two sets. The room refrigerator is only slightly cooler than room temperature and it cannot be adjusted. There are no towel racks, no place to put suitcases except on the bed, floor, or one chair. Trash was not emptied. The worst thing: Lots of noise from the room above us. The floor cracked, creaked, and banging of footsteps. If you want to get a restful night of sleep, this is not the place to stay.
