Hotel's Favourite
I wrote a beautiful review and published it already
But I also read a crappy review done by people called Guide 5
I wouldn't believe how and why and what they say because I read up on these people.
They get points for everything they write
The room, the bed everything!!!!
I wouldn't doubt they planted mice dropping in their room to get a free night.
It's a terrible bad rap.
I have stayed and been a elite member of Best Western for over 20 years.
Not a problem
Santa Cruz, Petaluma Lincoln Washington Monterey Modesto Tahoe Vegas
You name it I have stayed there
And NEVER EVER were there ANY mice dropping
HOW do you figure when they have boxes on grounds
And everything is airtight!!!!
Go away Guide 5
Let the tourists and members review

Well renovated and kept for an older property. Spacious room, clean and well appointed. Shower was great!
I did an early check in so that I could get some work done and some rest before a business dinner. Wi-fi speed was full bars in my room, no complaints there! The room had single King bed and a sofa and coffee table. Desk to work at with a good desk chair and another smaller desk on the other side of the TV and credenza. Nice unit for the microwave and fridge. Bathroom / dressing area was well lit and the shower was generous in flow and heat.
The pool looked beautiful, though I didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of it. In keeping with the "Winemaker" theme they have new grape vines planted for landscaping. I thought this was a thoughtful and initiative approach, and what a treat if you stay there when the grapes are ready!
Breakfast was adequate. Automated fresh hot pancakes, a waffle maker sausage patties and eggs along with a variety of beverages. The dining room staff were uber helpful and friendly! I have an egg allergy, so it would have been nice to have had potatoes at least, since I cant have eggs. I normally stay at BW+ properties, and the breakfast was on par with my last stay at a plus, with the exception of bacon at the plus... though you could see daylight through it and they brought it out grudgingly... For the difference in price,, I would happily stay at this property again!

Large hotel, with plenty of parking. The lobby is gorgeous and embraces the feeling of wine country. There are several seating areas to enjoy with your party when you do not want to stay in the room. The only downside is that our room could not be further away from the front desk and lobby. It was a lot of walking. The staff, guest and housekeeping were all friendly and engaged in short conversation. The room we had was one of the larger rooms that I ever stayed in on other trips. Clean room, clean shower, plenty of seating, questionable red stain on the carpet by the bed. The cell phone reception was not good, but it was a vacation so it's okay. The parking lot closest to out room was neat the tennis/pickleball courts in the back and a little dark when you come back at night.

The hotel has small cramped rooms, one luggage rack and only a desk to place other travel, goods. Shower pumps were half full and difficult to use, staff was not particularly helpful and somewhat annoyed when I made a phone call. Extremely loud a/c unit and opted to open window but no screen. Hotel is passed its prime and fresh paint can’t fix the overall poor quality . One staff member was folding towels in the dinning room. Breakfast service was minimal with low end food assortment.

Easy to get to, fast food options nearby. Room was ok, at first there was an odd odor, but running the fan option cleared it fairly quickly. Room had nice sized refrigerator and smallish microwave , there were coffee and tea fixings and cups, but no pot for the small coffee maker. Quick to supply extra towels for the pool hot tub. I’m only 4’10” tall so could not operate the child safety lock out around the pool because it was too high. Add said heated pool, maybe if it were a few degrees warmer I’d believe it. Lovely to see the grapes growing. I don’t know who or what was causing all the car alarms going off, but it happened at least 5 times after midnight.

This review is for the customer service during check out.
Booked the reservation at BW.com, paid with BW gift cards (GC), to save time and hassle at check-in. Got email confirmation that "Fees charged upon arrival" is $0.
At check-in, the night time clerk acknowledged that the room was paid in full. next morning at check-out, the bill showed my credit card (CC) was charged the full amount. Went to the front dest, the a.m. clerk asked for the GC numbers I used, I thought it was to verify the GC numbers I entered at booking. After that, she proceeded with CC refund, while saying, "I'm doing you a favor"... and that they did not get the (paid in full) info, and I had to take it up with the HQ, she could not help me because the hotel is 'independent"...
Called BW customer service the next day, the phone rep confirmed GC payment info was indeed sent to the hotel, she gave me a case #, and checked my gift card transactions. Turned out the hotel charged my GC again! I got the credit card refund because they deducted the entire stay (plus $57+ more) from my GC.
The phone rep said some one will contact me in 3 days, that was a week ago.
I love to travel, and I've trusted the BW brand since 2009. Not sure where the disconnect was, but this experience has me seriously thinking about other options.

It's an older property....one of those where you pull up to the room and enter from outside. We were on the second floor, and we had a lot of luggage to bring in but there was no elevator, so we had to lug it up the outside stairs. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, so much so that I feared being charged for it myself. Other than that it was pretty clean. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The pool area did look nice, and the employees were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was small, especially with several employees in and out attending to it, but their presence was appreciated. They were working hard. However, there were at least three items that had signs on them saying they were out of them. Overall, it wasn't terrible or great, but a good place to stop for a night.

For $120 something bucks I got a room that had a light scent of cigarettes and sticky door edges. The front desk was more than helpful though in accommodating any changes or issues with the room. I chose to deal with the odor myself as most motel rooms smell in some annoying way and didn't want to shuffle around any more than I had that day. It was a very hot day which no doubt intensified the usual motel odors, I mean what non smoking room hasn't had people disregard the no smoking signs right?
I've stayed at this Best Western before a few times and always get a pretty decent room, generally it's clean and well kept for an older motel, generally the prices are average and affordable for the area but several other newer motels have been built recently and I am probably going to try one of them next time. Still this Best Western is pretty decent and if you don't like your room and they have another to offer they won't hesitate, they care about their clients happiness. Lastly they have a nice pool too.

The staff here is amazing… I stay here about 3 times a week and they make me feel like at home. Reina Lopez is one of the most kind, polite and courteous individuals. She makes sure the dinning area is always super clean and is always doing everything in her power to make your stay an enjoyable one.

I honestly can not remember the parking situation, I do remember the only hotel we had a problem with parking was in Carmel, CA. I would guess there is ample parking.
It is a dirty pool. It is an unheated pool, and not large in any way.
It looks as if it should be drained and filled for the safety of the guests; at least clean the pool tiles and the leaves on occasion. The Jacuzzi? Gross. Thank you! :) I highly recommend the pool at the Best Western in Corte Madera, it is a beautiful property, with a large, heated pool that you can enjoy. Lovely Staff as well.
It's like no front desk at the Sonoma Winegrowers Inn in Rohnert Park. Completely Unprofessional Staff. Do not expect much here in the way of being treated as a guest of a hotel. We checked out as we checked in. It was that bad.
Breakfast was limited to waffles, toast, cereal, muffins, bananas, and hard boiled eggs. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that serve good breakfast.
