Very nice hotel and super rates! The night desk clerk, Vicky, was so nice and helpful. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in quite some time and I could not believe how nice for just $117! It is a suite so it has a little kitchen all equipped. I will look for this chain first from now on.

We (myself, my husband and 13 year old) stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom suite in February 2020
Very pleasantly surprised. It was more spacious than I imagined, king bed in bedroom and a very comfortable queen sofa bed in lounge room. There was a TV in both rooms and a kitchenette with everything you need and a small dining area.
The suite was incredibly clean, great heating and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic (and very hot)
Also they provided a free continental breakfast that was much more than most continental breakfasts.
The staff were all very friendly and efficient and went out of their way to help and for you to enjoy your stay. This included everyone from the lady on reception to the cleaning and room service staff.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Great value

My review is a bit late but better late than never right?
I have traveled many times from Australia to California and every time I come into town I have stayed at the Larkspur Landing in Roseville.
Honestly I love this hotel! I was always treated with the upmost respect, the service is and was always 5 stars when I stayed and I have stayed at some hotels that have been terrible in the past.
The only downfall to the Larkspur is that they don’t have a swimming pool.. that’s it!
Beds are comfy, I was always reserved a decent room. If you are staying for a extended stay 7+ days which I always did, I asked to be given a room on the second floor and it was always honoured.
Kelly the director of sales - Amazing, nothing was ever a no to any of my questions & she was so professional.
Deb one of the front desk receptionists was friendly and to amazing to, she is such a wonderful person and every time we would leave for the day or return from doing something from our day our we were always greeted with a smile and deb always made conversation and went out of her way to make our stay wonderful.

Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to return for over a year now due to the pandemic and Australia being in lockdown but rest assured as soon as I am able, if a hotel is needed in Roseville, I won’t hesitate to make a reservation at my favourite hotel in town!

Honestly I don’t know how anyone wouldn’t give this place 5 stars or complain about anything because while the price per night may be a bit steep, it’s totally worth the $ and is the best in town. I highly recommend the Larkspur Landing in Roseville California if I could give 10 stars, I would!

I cannot express how absolutely impressed we were with the service provided throughout our extended weekend stay for a dance competition. The staff was so incredibly kind, even wishing our dancers the best of luck each morning and asking how they did each afternoon. The room (suite) we booked was perfect for the late evenings, where we gathered as a team and played the most competitive game of Pictionary EVER with the white board in the room. The hotel was quiet, clean, spacious and affordable. An extra big high-five goes out to Peggy G~ We left a couple stuffed animals accidentally in a dresser drawer and the staff found them and placed them in the mail for us via FEDEX and now two young dancers can wipe their tears away upon arrival of their Harry Potter Build-a-Bears.

I have stayed here a number of times and had no reluctance about returning. What was formerly a very clean and quiet hotel is that no longer.

The room was fine at check in but when we returned after lunch the room looked as though housekeeping was interrupted. The bed was only half made, pillows on the floor which did not appear vacuumed before . Coffee was not restocked and a coffee cup I neglected to dispose of was sitting on the counter. At least we had clean towels.

I called the desk to be told housekeeping would return, but when I returned after dinner the room remaind as I left it. I called the desk to ask for replacement coffee service to be left at my door. Coffee was delivered but no cups!

I am disappointed because Larkspur had always been great when I come to visit family. The price is very competitive and the location is great. I'll probably have to look elsewhere for a hotel for my family visits.

Things to know before choosing this hotel:
*the air conditioning unit is in the living room. While a fan should push some air to the bedroom, ours didn’t work and it gets pretty hot in the Roseville area in September.
* if you want to use the small sofa bed for kids, just bring sleeping bags instead. They are old, saggy and stained and they were out of pillows for it. They don’t have rollaways as an option.
Now if they used some of the extra living room space and bought more bedding and new bigger sofa beds and put air conditioning into the bedrooms I would reconsider. The bedroom and bathroom were nice (bathroom has a barn door that doesn’t lock and didn’t fully close for us). The staff was friendly, but weren’t helpful on any of these issues. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. This hotel is very rundown and dingy. The included breakfast list includes a Jimmy Dean microwavable breakfast sandwich, and other pre-packed items that you order the night before and pick up at the front desk. Many people sitting in the cars in the parking lot during all hours of the day and night. Several people were sitting outside the hotel without shoes and possibly impaired. Someone was smoking marijuana down the hall from us and the whole floor smelled of it. No cleaning service or fresh towels were given between days stayed. Dirty carpet and upholstery in the room. We have stayed here in the past, pre-Covid and it was a decent place, however we will not stay again.

Horrible experience. The bedroom does not get any AC at all. We told the front desk they moved us to another room that was the same way. Gave us a small desk rotating fan that barely helped. They told us they were full and nothing more could be done Upon checkout they did not give an apology or anything after letting them know. Will not ever stay again. Bad part a Friend that lives in the area recommended this hotel. I don't have the heart to tell her. Also never go through a 3rd party. I went through delta to get skymiles and got 10%off I guess that is why we were given the horrible rooms. If you do go make sure you get a room away from the road or freeway as nothing helps the noise.

Even rooms on the second floor have excessive freeway noise. The bed is old and the rooms need an update. No food but good cooler. The Internet is good and desk was conveinet. Service was very good and responsive front desk

Two nights stay. Nice bedroom area and living area. But the bathroom! The shower rod is set 4 inches inward from the top of the shower. I'm
Small and the shower curtain hugged me the whole time I showered. My husband is a big guy so I can't imagine how he felt. That's gross. Fix it and you'll get more stars!

Hello, Just one mile from our hotel is the Galleria shopping center and they have several charging stations. We do not have charging stations in our parking lot.
