My husband and I had a staycation in Sacramento and this is one of our hotel choices due to the proximity of the restaurants we were going to. This hotel has clean rooms, bathroom and spacious sitting area even if you’re not in a suite. I love that they use full size toiletries rather than the small individual ones that use too many plastic bottles. Front desk called to touch base if there is anything we needed as soon as we got settled.

I have been an IHG member for many years and have stayed at countless Holiday Inn Express Hotels in several locations in the United States. This is by far the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at.
I arrived late, I was offered assistance with my bags when the receptionist noticed I walked with a cane. My room fit my request exactly. I had been given an automatic upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was friendly and kind even offering me part of their dinner when I arrived too late to find anything open.
Eric, the Hotel Manager, clearly offers the patrons a wonderful hotel experience with a keen eye for detail.

I am always a fan of HIE properties. Breakfast is decent, the rooms all have a level of comfort that is great for business or in this last case family travel. This hotel has great clean rooms and the front desk was helpful getting us in at last minute without a reservation. (We had to check out of a bad hotel and hoped we would find a room here) the hotel is pretty full but still fairly quiet and if you have stayed at an Express this experience is at the higher end of their norm. Enjoyed our stay!

I'm an IHG Spire member and we typically choose Holiday Inns. This hotel had some good features, including family suites with bunk beds, which were perfect for my family. However... we are in the midst of a covid surge right now and there was some group (maybe a church? unsure) renting a meeting room. None of them were masked, and they weren't just staying in the meeting room. They were in the lobby and unmasked as well. Given a huge covid surge and that state law just changed to require everyone masking indoors again, I didn't think it was cool for them to allow this. Half the staff at the hotel weren't masked either.
There little convenience store area wasn't well stocked. Had only coke, no other sodas. The doors on the outside of the building don't open with your key card. We tried multiple side doors with all of our keys. They just don't work. So we had to walk through the front lobby, past the unmasked staff and/or other guests, every time. Irritating.

I will forever be a fan of this hotel! It was Memorial Day weekend and we were staying at another hotel that made an error on our booking, leaving us one day short for a room. Given the holiday weekend, we were worried we wouldn’t find another hotel to stay in. But shoutout to Eric for helping us with our reservation. He was so kind and understanding and alleviated all of our worries. The hotel was clean and inviting. We loved it from the moment we walked in. Thank you for making the end of our trip such a good one!

we stayed at holiday inn express in Byrum Mississippi Dec 12, 2023. romms were clean and comfortable, BUT someone there tried to charge 14000 dollars to our credit card 3 times before we discovered DEC 14, 16, 18 and 19th. fortunately our bank denied because it was over our limit. who would pay 14,000 dollars to Holiday inn express? we called the Holiday Inn but no response so far.

The hotel made special accommodations for covid and it made us feel safe. Max went above and beyond with his customer service and should be promoted. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

The Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was great! The front desk Eric was very friendly and helpful!
We enjoyed the many channels on the TV including ESPN and Peacock!
The ice maker was very convenient and parking was easy!

The hotel is great and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay. It is in a very good location and it is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is well staffed and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was always well stocked and the staff is friendly and efficient.

There is not a kitchenette in the room. There is a microwave, a small refrigerator and a sink in some rooms. The rooms also have a Keurig coffee maker.
