I enjoyed a comfortable stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was cordial helpful and professional and the bed was comfortable. I experienced quite a bit of traffic noise but that is to be expected, given the location. The location was very good for my needs and the price was competitive to other properties in the area. Rooms are well appointed with refrigerator, microwave and occupant controlled heat/refrigeration. No problems, no hassles and an overall good experience.

Stayed here for one night on a weekend trip and enjoyed the hotel as well as the location.

The hotel follows the typical Hilton garden inn style and is one of the nicer versions of that line I’ve stayed at. My room was quite large with plenty of open floor space should you have more than one person and look to stretch out. There’s a handy “mini-kitchen” and full sized desk in addition to the expected room features. Walls are a little thin and I heard those down the hall come and go but not much else.

Breakfast looked decent enough for a business level chain but nothing I’d rush to pay for (it’s free for gold members but not for general stays), especially with a bunch of chain restaurants right around the block. The gym was similarly just fine but hardly impressive if you have a longer stay. Lobby is nice and it is handy to have a bar area though I didnt use it.

Didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff but when I did see them, they were friendly and on point. Five stars for them.

All around nice place I’d use again but for the price and with other options, four stars all around.

We were in town from out of state for a family wedding and originally had another hotel booked. We went to the other property and quickly decided not to stay there and to take the chance and look for another place. We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inns before and have always been happy, so we searched. We found the closest Hilton Garden Inn, headed that direction and we were met by Iliana at reception. We explained our predicament, we had no reservations, and she immediately started to make arrangements in order to accommodate us and our needs. She was able to get us rooms right next to each other, rooms to accommodate the bridesmaids, the make up artist and the hair stylist all the next morning. She also gave us late check outs so that we could all go straight to the wedding from the Hilton. She had extra chairs sent up to the rooms, then a full size mirror, and then when the stylist's curling iron broke, she sent up the guy with the electrical tape who fixed the curling iron! We couldn't have had a better prelude to the wedding, which was made possible by Iliana. She was professional, understanding and went the extra mile (miles) to make us all happy and calm the bride! As mother of the bride, thank you so very much for making all this work so smoothly. A big shout out and thank you to Iliana Maravilla and the Hilton Garden Inn!

Bathroom: Walls had stains that looked like blood drops on wall by entry door. Pretty obvious, never cleaned. Door creaked like an old ghost house, advised maintenance while at the front desk of this and slow draining sink. Neither were dealt with during our three day stay. Found only two kleenex were in the box, no spares. Shampoo bottle was half full only. Two creamers, no sugar, or stirrers. Asked for same from first clerk that first night, was given half dozen sugars. Never refilled room on three night stay.

On check-in was told rooms would be "made up" only upon request. After night one I asked that the room be made up and readied for use each day in the morning as we left. Top cover of the bed draped across unmade bed. Second day NOTHING was done despite request. Towels still on floor, We did get a second shampoo (Hooray!) but nothing else was done to re-set the room,. Trash still in cans, bed unmade.

Clearly a Franchise (later confirmed) and pretty obviously maintenance is being deferred as the elevator emergency button rang without touching any emergency buttons. There was one dirty luggage trolley abandoned in the front doorway for the entire hotel.

I stayed at this Hilton only because I could not find a room anywhere else. I can assure you I'll be driving to Sacramento if I overnight in Roseville again. This place is a dump. Freeway noise all night and day. Bring earplugs.

Between the motel's placement on a highway, the air conditioning unit that sounds like a jet engine, the shades that let light in at the crack of dawn, and the housekeeper who was given a wrong room number to knock on (and keep knocking on) at 8 a.m., don't expect to sleep in at this motel.

Additionally, the room rate with our team was advertised as including hot breakfast so I used that rate instead of using points (last time we stayed here, that rate included a better breakfast than the included diamond breakfast - thanks a lot for recognizing status...NOT). But now, even with CA re-opened, the motel's restaurant is not reopened so everyone just gets grab and go breakfasts. Classic money-saving technique.

To top it off, the bathtub doesn't drain.

As a Hilton Honors gold member I was extremely disappointed with the compliance of the mask wearing requirements throughout the hotel. Although many signs were posted stating that a mask should be worn many people were not wearing one. When we first checked in I noticed that a group of several youngish people were seated in the lobby and NONE were wearing a mask. I asked the front desk person about the lack of compliance and she just shrugged her shoulders. Later on I noticed that about half of the hotel guest were not wearing a mask. I didn't feel at all safe at all at this hotel and will not stay here again, at least until the pandemic is over.

This hotel recently completed some renovations. It looks like it has been nicely remodeled and updated. The room was comfortable and clean. The closet area was redone to include baskets and shelves to maximize space. The best surprise was when we checked-in, we were informed that breakfast was complimentary; it included warm items like bacon, sausage, eggs, french toast and traditional items such as muffins, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee/tea/juice. What made the stay even nicer was the friendly and accommodating staff - Jan at the front desk and the women in the breakfast area went above and beyond! We cannot wait to stay here again!

The hotel receptionist who checked us in lacked basic customer service skills and was rude. When I asked for a copy of the paperwork I had signed, she proceeded to summarize one document, “Basically don’t do anything stupid.” She has no idea why I’m in town. Whether I am here for a funeral, graduation or business meeting, Her condescension was completely inappropriate. And the fact that she had the audacity to begin serving the customer behind me before she was done with me is inexcusable. To make matters worse, the bedside table and bathroom door handle in my room were filthy. I usually enjoy staying at Hilton facilities but after this weekend, I’ll think twice about ever booking with Hilton again.

We had a quiet room on the non-freeway side on 3rd floor which we booked on Priceline for a great price that beat hotel website and other online platforms by $35 per night.

The room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a nice Samsung flat screen. It appears that the hotel was recently renovated too! The Keurig machine in room was a nice touch and they will give you extra K-cups at the front desk upon request. The front desk staff was very nice and the check in process went smoothly.

This is the second time I’ve spent a week here for training. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean & spacious. The beds are just okay I wish they were a little more comfortable. The best part was the restaurant. They have a reasonable priced happy hour with several choices of food. Now the regular menu food prices seemed a bit overpriced and you’re better off walking to Tahoe Joe’s (same parking lot) there is also a Burger King and a Islands hamburger within walking distance across the street.
