Friendly people, helpful office staff and an off leash fenced dog area are some of the positives for this RV park. It is easily to find - easy on and off the freeway. Most of the residents are long term but they do have a few sites for people moving through. We didn't use the facilities so I can't speak to those, but I did see someone coming out of the restrooms with cleaning supplies.

To describe this park as a glorified homeless encampment would not be inaccurate. Between the constant sirens, junkyard type "campsites" of permanent vehicles, wandering tomcats and tied up dogs, this may not be what you are looking for. The people, however, are extremely friendly and helpful.

We decided within a hour of setting up that this was not for us, but had already driven 7 hours. We found a much better facility the next day, but had to wait until the following weekend to move. We kept to ourselves, and the blinds down.
Warning. They do not give refunds. It wasn't until after they had taken payment for the month, that they informed us that the pool was out of order at least until end of summer, the gate partially worked and was transitioning to a new system, the grill area out of order. We never even bothered to go to the laundry facilities, but I would not get hopes too high. We were warned not to walk at night or in the surrounding area.

This is a trailer park filled with friendly, down on their luck people. It is not a place for vacationers or even business travelers.

Horrible. The "management" do not follow there end of the so called "lease" you sign .and if you need your lease it will be lost in there files . The showers have black mold ,no locks, everything is rusted and hazardous. The pool is listed as false advertisment as it hasn't been open in over 3 years. There are roaches and rats everywhere including bathrooms and showers.there is NO ONSITE management with no security protection in place. The managers will tell your business to other tenants and will have no problem disrespecting you. This parks clubhouse roof just like the bathrooms is falling apart. It is disgusting and there is no green grass the trees have not been maintained and are another hazard issue. Management does nothing about pedophiles or tweakers at night ..tons of traffic .not a place for anyone to stay unless you want bed bugs or roaches or take a nice shower with black mold and roaches crawling while tiles are falling of the walls.

Awful! This place is gated and has razor wire for a reason. It is located in a horrible part of town and you will not want to walk at night. I was so scared we drove right through and proceeded to find another location. Would Not recommend under any circumstances.
