Assuming you have a car: The distance between the hotel and the airport is roughly 10 miles; the transit time (with no traffic) is about 15 minutes. I’m not sure which attractions you refer to, so I’ll just mention some landmarks. The distance to the attractions is about 10 minutes to Old Town Sacramento; about 15 minutes to the State Capitol. These are travel times, and does not include the time to find parking (ha ha).
