You know you are going to have a lovely stay when you are greeted so warmly, walk into your room and it is clean and spacious--just what you needed, and has the perfect sitting chaise/sitting bench. I am here for work and the room is perfect for what I needed. In fact, I haven't left this chair since I've gotten...

This is the first Marriott property that I would never stay in again. Not only are the walls so thin that you hear every conversation (and the people are not quiet) but there is also a train that runs throughout the night and sounds like it is in the room with you!! Didn't sleep well at all... glad I was...

Dear Lh61999, We apologize for your recent experience at our hotel. We don't typically have issues with noise in the neighboring rooms and we have security on site to ensure our guests are not disturbed. Sorry we didn't have a chance to move you to a more suitable room. Thank you for your feedback and we truly hope you will...

My stay at the COurtyard was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Irma Navarrete who was kind and knowledgeable. I recommend the Courtyard for an experience that is both comfortable and relaxing.

Room smelled stale/sour and not sure if moldy A/C/Heat made horrid noise so I turned it off but could still hear noise on a regular basis from generator Train runs near hotel so can hear the train sounds regularly Overall an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend

Dear Experiencedtrvlr32, We're sorry to hear you had this type of experience at our hotel. Due to the anonymous nature of this site I'm unable to research which room you were in. Please feel free to contact the hotel so we can discuss this further. Our Engineering staff works hard to maintain our guest rooms and we thank you for...

The Courtyard is located on the same property as the Fairfield and Townplace Suites and is definitely the nicest of the three. Location is right by the freeway, lots of restaurants and near the mall. Unfortunately it's also near the train tracks. They do give you earplugs to help ease the pain with the train noise. The hotel itself is...

Stayed at the Fairfield last weekend I found myself twice in the Courtyard (which is on the same property and both owned by Marriott). Stopped in for a drink and a bite before returning to the fairfield the bartender was friendly and helpful and the area was clean. Nice swivel seats too. Anyway reason I mention it because if you...

I recently stayed one night at the Courtyard Sacramento Cal Expo. I choose this property because there are no real hotels right near SMF Airport, and I had some issues with the Courtyard in Natomas, so I figured I would give this one a try. It is very close to downtown Sacramento, Arden Fair Mall, and all major highways. The...

Dear ChewInRI, Thank you for your honest feedback. Our team works very hard to provide great customer service and make you feel as much like home as possible. I agree with the large furniture, it is amazing how quickly styles change and it wont be long before we are remodeling again to stay up with Marriott standards. We focus on...

I stayed here for two weeks for work and was pleasantly surprised. Its right off the freeway so its easy to get in and out. However, it does sit on a property with three other hotels that look the same so of course I tried checking into the wrong one as I assumed it was all one hotel, NOT! Be...

Hotel was close to Expo. Nice friendly staff. Room was clean. Stayed two nights over RV Show at Cal Expo. First night, the air and heat conditioner made so much noise, you could not sleep. We finally shut the damn thing off and opened a window. Oh my! no one told us about the trains that run by the hotel....

Dear Pete M, Thank you for your kind comments on the staff and clean rooms, we pride ourselves on customer service and friendly staff. I will definitely have our engineering team look at your AC, although the weather was beautiful you shouldn't be forced to open the window unless you want to enjoy the outside air. I am sorry about...

I stayed here last week (2/27-3/4/2017) for a conference and had an awesome stay. This is a great hotel if you do not want to stay in downtown Sacramento due to traffic reasons i.e. one way streets everywhere. The hotel is located in a small business park conveniently located near the I-80 business loop. The hotel is only 5 to...
