We fly out of Sacramento often and need to use a park and fly motel. La Quinta was very disappointing. The phone in the room didn't work, the carpet was heavily stained and the room itself wasn't very clean.

Room was in bad need of being remodeled. The carpet needed to be replaced. The recliner was dirty so we would not sit in it or even place things on it. The Microwave only worked marginally. Location is good and price has been fine but the hotel rooms need to be redone.

Had a nice breakfast. This location had people hanging out next door to hotel. Easy access to highway 5. The maids were nice. The lady preparing the breakfast was very nice. One lady at the front desk was very mean, seem like she was prejudice.

If you need transportation from the airport or to the convention center this is the place to stay. They are right next to the Delta river and walkway which is very nice. Make sure they give you a remodeled room. The ones not remodeled are pretty crummy.

The location was good for where we were going and I have had good experiences with la quinta's in the past so I decided to give it a shot. I did not get any sleep all night. The bed was uncomfortable there was a weird stain on the bed sheets and the room smelled kind of funky. Would not recommend.

This La Quinta is just of interstate 5 backing on to the Sacramento River. This is a older Hotel/Motel and could use some updating to modernize it. Our room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. They have a self serve breakfast in the AM which is included in the price of the room. This is pet friendly hotel...

We enjoyed our stay. Really no noise, very quite and relaxing. Price was great and close to local restaurants and attractions. Staff was very nice and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

We got two rooms connected. Our kids room had puke on shower curtain and tub area with only one towel. There was food dried on the heater and the floor! When we told the manager she took 10.00 off bill. This was second stay and last at this hotel. It's location is questionable. La Quinta you're losing your appeal

Very close to freeway. So as expected, building looks dirty. Our room needed to be aired out big time. Formerly smoking room. Seemed ok, but the longer we were in it the worse the smell was. Some remodeling going on, so maybe they will get this issue resolved.

I stayed at a La Quinta in Modesto, CA and it was awesome so I decided to give it another shot. We decided to stay here on the way to San Francisco. This must be on the lower end of their hotels. There were strange people around the property. I believe the property is being remodeled and it needs it...
