My wife and I stayed at Vineyard Country Inn for 6 nights as we toured Napa Valley.

Location is literally the best. You are close to all the best wineries Napa had to offer. The price is very competitive for the location, shop around and you will see.

The pool and hot tub are a really nice touch because after we toured the wineries we would come back, get in the hot tub, order food, and relax!

The rooms are very spacious and a little dated. There is a living room, table, fridge, sink. Then another area with bed and view of the neighboring vineyard.

I would absolutely stay here again. Its location, price, pool, and room size make it a top pick for napa.

***not serving breakfast nor cleaning rooms due to covid

Great location for being walking distance to a number vineyards. Downside is need to walk a little further or get a cab to get to nicer places to eat.
Gorgeous views from the breakfast room and the pool&hot tub. The pool was perfect for cooling off after exploring before heading out for dinner.
Breakfast was mainly pastries which were fresh although would of liked some additional savoury options, maybe even a bacon sandwich but overall very nice.
Free parking and plenty enough for all guests.
Great size rooms, we had a lounge area with table and chairs if you were to bring food back, and a double bed.

We were traveling with two other couples and stayed at Vineyard Country Inn March 2nd through to 5th. It was a convenient location and St Helena has some great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms cozy, comfortable, and clean. I slept great and then had a wonderful breakfast which is included. My favorite was the fresh pastries and fruit and the coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a shame. This property is not bad. Unless you look really hard there is a link that tells you the current updates of the hotel. Even though California’s current Covid update states:

“ On June 15, 2021, the state of California moved beyond the Blueprint for a Safer Economy and its color-coded activity tiers. This means that all industry and business sectors may return to normal operations with no capacity limits or physical distancing requirements, with limited exceptions for “mega” events.

The hotel is still not supplying the following: (no cleaning is ridiculous)

Our pool and jacuzzi remain closed until the end of July
Our Reception lobby / office has reduced walk-in hours
We are not offering our continental breakfast.
We are not offering daily housekeeping service.

We did not know this in advance.

The cleaning staff was excellent and provided excellent service every day of our stay. However, the staff at the front desk were not only not helpful, but denied several of our requests.
1. We asked to be moved to a room closer to the couple we came with and were denied. They told us all the rooms were booked; however, the parking lot was almost empty through our entire stay, we only saw 1 other couple in the dining room, and the rooms requested were dark and clearly NOT occupied for during our stay.
2. We requested 2 plates to take to our room and were denied. They told us they needed all their plates for the next day even after we told them we would return them later.
3. They didn't provide a toaster for breakfast but told us we could toast items by request. The first day, the accommodated us; however, the second day, they refused.
The owner should replace their front desk help. They are rude and are not inclined to help their guests. They seemed much more interested in looking at their phones than helping us. We will not be staying at this property again and we will advise others not do stay either.

I had a wonderful, quiet stay at this Inn. Perfect location for Calistoga and Yountville. Walkable to downtown Main Street. Clean suite with a very comfortable bed a view of a small vineyard.
Breakfast included pastries from the famous Model Bakery where Oprah put English Muffins on the map.
Savanah was a gracious receptionist/host.

This is a great place to stay in the Napa area. Yes, it’s in St. Helena, but such a central location for everything you want to see! A perfect little gem, it has a small bed-and-breakfast feel, and very personable atmosphere. Nice and comfortable, and the pool is great! Great recommendations from the staff for unique places for lunch, a cute little winery with a wonderful view, and more! We’ve stayed here twice, and been very pleased both times. The most comfortable beds, and a fireplace in every room!

I cannot rate this wonderful establishment highly enough. The room was beyond spacious, well appointed , clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The service was lovely, efficient and welcoming and a lovely breakfast each morning to set us up for the day. The location was great and close enough to the action but quiet and relaxing. It was lovely to come home each afternoon and jump in the pool and spa. We can’t thank you enough for having us and recommend to anyone coming to st Helena

We had such a wonderful (too short!) stay at the Vineyard Country Inn. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. The place is adorable. Our room was huge with a cute wooden ceiling and brick fireplace. Wish we had more time, will definitely come back next time we are in Napa!

Charming little inn just outside of St. Helena. Staff was kind and very hospitable. Room did seem a little dated but clean and comfortable. Great little pastry breakfast and coffee. Love the vineyard views. Would defiantly recommend or absolutely stay here again.
