We bought a groupon which included an escorted walking tour of the zoo, an overnight in the tent cabin and breakfast. By the time we paid the extra fee for our two grandchildren and an extra fee to feed the elephants we were well over...More

It is unfortunate that this individual did not do their homework prior to staying with us as it would have surely eliminated the grounds for much of their complaint. They purchased a bungalow through Groupon, NOT US, and therefore purchased the wrong bungalow as we...More
Rude staff and owner. Staff is incompetent in the months following my visit and the days I was there continuously cancelled my booking charge and then recharged my card. Not sure the purpose. The owner also crashed our elephant tour with his family rather than...More

Pretty sure no. You can observe them from a deck during the day, you can feed them, and you can have a brief breakfast with them if you stay as a guest at one of the cabins. We did Butch's Bedtime and it was fantastic. The elephants go into their enclosure for the night, and you can feed them, touch their trunks and ask any questions of the trainers. My kids loved it.
