This is a well remodeled, clean basic motel if you need to sleep over night with a very nice customer service. I would give 3 out of 5 stars and here is a break down why. Pros: spacious rooms with big bathroom, flat tv/cable, high speed internet, microwave, fridge. Cons: jammed parking, no coffee maker, extremely loud during day due...

This a hidden gem in my opinion. We stayed for 5 nights and the highlights were the Manager who is indeed a very kind, friendly and accommodating man. The rooms were very clean and modern and looked to be recently updated. They had a fridge which was fabulous, ample room for 2 people and were very quiet with no street...

We stayed here in lieu of the pricier big hotels close to the Convention Center. So glad we did. It is quite close to the Convention Center and Safeway is an easy walk away on the same street. There is an even closer Vietnamese market almost across the street with great produce. Having the refrigerator and microwave was quite convenient,...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a conference at the Fairmont because it was available and close by. I was a little concerned by the reviews, but my experience was relatively seamless. Like a few reviews said, it's a tad sketchy on the outside, but nothing too crazy though. The building is a little run down on the outside...

The motel is located on a transitional but safe street a few blocks from downtown and convention area. There is free parking adjacent to the motel. When you walk into the courtyard it looks like a scene from a tv show where the cops are going to find a murder or a crack house. Do t be put off. The...

The good: clean, comfortable (if you like a firm mattress),, excellent desk staff, who insisted on carrying my suitcase when he saw I was limping from a recent surgery, near an excellent oriental restaurant The bad: housekeeping skipped our room two of the three days we were there, no phone, no elevator, street and airport noise, problems with key, long...

This is by far the nicest motel I've ever stayed at. While the exterior is not great (it is a motel, after all), the rooms themselves are excellent. We stayed recently on two different occasions and were very impressed by both rooms. The quality of the renovations is excellent -- from the well thought out outlets with USB charging ports...

Reviews for this hotel are very mixed but I persisted and hoped for the best as I was looking for budget accomodation. The hotel's Manager was warm and friendly and my room was HUGE and very clean. My understanding is that they have newly renovated half of the hotel but not the other half which may explain some of the...

Nick ( who ) claimed to be the Manager , was actually the owner . The room was much above my expectation , recently done , neat clean , with lots of amenities and gadgets . I was going to book a Tour of Silicon Valley for $ 700/- which was too steep for one day . Nick offered to...

A lady died in one of the rooms. Too many homeless and drunks passing by and making too much noise at all hours of the day or night. ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING AND THE CURTAINS HAVEN'T BEEN CHANGED IN 30 YEARS. a rip off.
