I was in town near spring break so we could go to a Sharks game. This hotel is just a couple of blocks from SAP Center, and despite some construction on the sidewalk, it was very easy to walk to the venue. The hotel was quite nice...upscale finishes but still felt comfortable and not stuffy. The breakfast area had hockey...

Stayed here while at a conference and was worried by some of the reviews I read. But I emailed ahead, asked for a quiet room, and that's what I got. The room was big and well appointed with a comfortable bed. The TV was large, but didn't have a guide on it so it was a bit of fuss to...

Check-in was very smooth: the staff at the front desk were friendly and markedly professional. The room was enormous and clean; the main attraction for us was the jacuzzi, which worked smoothly. The controls for the room AC were renovated, and located near the jacuzzi controls -- don't try pushing the buttons on the unit itself. Breakfast buffet is eggs,...

Have wanted to stay at the Arena Hotel. Literally across the street from my favorite sushi restaurant (Bluefin) and just down the street from a favorite beer/wine bar (Wine Affair). I'm a generous reviewer, but even I was disappointed. Check in was prompt and courteous, but the lobby is shabby. The elevator is shabby. The 3rd floor had new carpet...

The first room I got did not have any heating (three weeks ago this was a must), but the front desk person quickly sent someone to check, and once it was determined the heater did not work, they changed my room super fast. Also, the staff in general were pretty helpful, they called me a cab for a very early...

This is the 3rd consecutive year I have booked here for business with Santa Clara County. Updates include new carpeting and working on the drive through carport that was damaged by the torrential rain we experienced in California this past Winter. I found the check-in quick and easy; I appreciated the elevator to our third floor room; I still find...

The hotel is very adequate. Could be newer, but doesn't need to be. Bed comforts. Door locked well. Breakfast was good. Walk to the SAP Center took 15 easy minutes. The Alemeda outside the hotel is vwry easy to walk and we felt safe as we explored in the AM and PM. Enjoy!

My husband and I stayed at the Arena Hotel due to it being close to the HP Pavilion, we were going to a concert there, we walked as it was block away. Our room was on the side that still needs remodeling but the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and we had an in-room jacuzzi that felt great....

I think I've reviewed this hotel 2 times previous. This was our 4th stay. I book this hotel as a convenience hotel for SAP Events. It's walking distance, it occupies a bed and feeds you in the morning, as well as free parking. I always felt it would be a stretch to stay longer than a night. However, after adding...

Was in town for work and decided to catch a hockey game. This place was close. Plenty of decent places to eat around and very handy for the sap center. Place seriously needs some tlc. Rooms are spacious but decor and fittings very old and tired. Walls are very thin as well so plenty of noise from outside and adjoining...
