Quaint, French-country style B&B. The staff was very friendly and offered a great hot breakfast including french toast and frittata, fruit, yogurt, scones, etc. A great value compared to other options downtown. Only suggestion would be to request a room upstairs and away from the street. The noise from the room above us was really loud and you could hear...

Clearly with businesses like AirB&B thriving, I thought that most of these old fashioned style B&B's have been turned into laundromats...but no...at least one still exists...it is a lovely throwback to bygone times when innkeepers really wanted to make guests feel at home. My only caveat is: no room fridge and no room safe...otherwise the breakfasts and wines at night...

This was our 3rd stay at Pettit Soleil. All in all, we just love staying here and will stay here again in a heartbeat. The location, happy hour, and breakfast are amazing. The holel is just a short walk from downtown. The rooms are adorable and clean. My only complaint would be about how paper thin the walls and floors...

What a find! Petit Soleil was a pleasant surprise. We tried to book the slightly more "swanky" Grenada however they were booked out and recommended the Petit Soleil! Harking back to the original Bed and Breakfast, Petit Soleil lives up to all the charm and quaintness you would expect from such a lodging! From the get go to getting our...

My husband and I stayed with our two small dogs, plus our two family/friends, whom stayed in their one of a kind rooms over the New Year of 2016. We could not have been treated nicer and presented with the best food and amenities. Diane spent time giving us an introduction and history of the city, where to eat, what...

Personal feel, charming decor and very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary wine and appetizers in the evening were a treat and breakfast was absolutely delicious with wide variety of choices, many prepared fresh on-site like the broccoli and mushroom frittata and coffee cake. We were surprised and delighted by a...

The first pleasant surprise is that it's right of Highway 101, and about six blocks away from a charming restaurant district. The inn itself is lovely, decorated in a French motif. Tho rooms are beautifully decorated, and while not enormous have numerous charming warm touches to make you feel at home. The satellite TV is sophisticated and one may need...

This lovely well-located B&B is charming ...lots of Provencal details everywhere ...the owners are experienced operators who are friendly helpful and 'present', and they have developed am excellent staff ...all of which assures an enjoyable stay ...the delicious breakfasts and afternoon wine are special details ...and their prompt willingness to send to us some left-behind items reinforced our overwhelmingly positive...

We have been wanting to stay here for a while an finally found a weekend to go. Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Great stay. Rooms are very uniquely decorated. Breakfast is to die for. We ate there two mornings and kept saying how great it was. Good location for walking downtown or getting out to SLO sites.

For a person in Europe this would be very good condition, I have an issue with tile and grout and if it is not good then it should be upgraded, but that is just me. and maybe that is on their list. I arrived and had to wait for a parking place. The parking lot is shared with a popular...
