While attending a convention and needing a pet friendly hotel, we decided on Petit Soleil B&B. Our decision was the right one. Our dog was accepted without issue, the room was clean and charmingly appointed and daily breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Wine is also available at no charge in the afternoon. The proprietors were friendly, gracious and helpful. We would...

Loved Petit Soleil! The French country theme is consistent and well done. The breakfasts are home made. The wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon are also well done. The staff is friendly, accessible, and responsive.

We love staying at Petit Soleil when we are in SLO. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, the evening wine tasting is great, and it's a convenient location to walk downtown. We walked down to the Farmers Market in the evening (after some wine tasting) and ate dinner downtown at Firestone. Monterey...

My husband and I spent a night at Petit Soleil as we were passing through San Luis Ibispo. From beginning to end it was a perfect experience. When we checked in it was time for their daily afternoon wine and appetizer time. The young lady that served was could not have been friendlier. The appetizer plate consisted of a mini...

This was the best B&B where I ever been. Everything is perfect. The room is very cute. You can feel their carefulness and affection in every single thing: the decoration, little ticket informing the breakfast time, the weather forecasting, truffles (delicious), books. The bathroom is another "surprise": the amenities are from L'occitane. There are towels for make-up removal. The wi-fi...

Easy to find, convenient location (walking distance 5 minutes to downtown), smooth & quick check-in, and well-appointed room (second-floor). We stayed in the Van Gogh. French provincial decor, comfortable queen bed, quality bathroom amenities (including plush towels and blow dryer), and a large tiled shower, made for a very restful evening after a day of hiking and sight-seeing. Full breakfast...

We loved this little slice of heaven and felt very well fed and cared for. The staff is attentive and our room was wonderfully appointed and comfortable. Loved the wine tasting...speaking of it's a great jumping off point for the vineyards.

The place is nice, comfy and very clean. I would give it five stars if it wouldn't be for the booking price vs wifi internet speed. If I wouldn't depend on being online, I would stay here again. Ohhhh, almost forgot to say that they do have DirectTV with lots of channels, permit dogs and are overall the place pleasant.

My husband and I spent two nights in the Van Gogh room, celebrating our Anniversary. Friends had referred us to the Petit Soleil for its charm. It far exceeded our expectations. The late afternoon snack of local wines and homemade appetizers was delightful, and the spiced almonds exceptional. The morning breakfast is a full breakfast of both American and French...

Our room was spacious and we particularly enjoyed the French ambience. The staff were some of the best we can remember. The welcome and service you get here is something that really stands out. The evening wine tasting incudes an excellent selection of 3 local wines and the taste you get here is generous. With the wine they also serve...
